The only issue was that they put us initially into a SMOKING room on the 3rd floor…we immediately complained, because I don’t want a propert saying that WE were smoking in that room! (It really reeked)… they moved us to another room, and gave a kind of lame defense (“you really have to change the carpet to get the smell out”) I have to ACTUALLY believe that they knew it was a smoking room all along, and that makes me angry …but… they fixed it and all was well

I really like how accomodating the staff. Very hospitable and the service is remarkable. I will book here again when a chance to be back in the area. Highly recommend this hotel to stay
