"Pre check in email was very useful about how to find the nearest car park, but missed the part about not being able to book the parking for more than 24 hours so you have to sit for your current session to expire before paying again. Check out time was incorrect stating 1100 when booking email stated by noon. I reply to confirm but didn’t hear back from property. just amazing in every way

"Easy parking on level 2 at the Grosvenor shopping centre car park which gives you direct access to the hotel. Speedy check in at reception and out luggage stored and taken to our room whilst we were in the City. The room we had (superior double) was huge and had every comfort you could imagine with a King Size bed. Evening Dining was exceptional as was breakfast. Big shout out to all of the staff who were all superb, considerate , professional and provided a first class service. "
