We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied by J.Baptiste , however we would like to point out that he did everything he could to make your stay lovely. We are also sorry that the restaurant was not open, generally restaurants open not before 7.30 mm. Due to the languagebarrier the driver misunderstood the pick up time. Why remain anonymous?...??? You have to take responsibility for your reactions.... You have voluntarily chosen an establishment that is located in the most touristic and ancient part of the city, that you did not appreciate it is your fault. In the future, choose a hotel establishment far from the city's centres of interest....you will probably be more relaxed there. In this historical part of the city where cars do not have access, it is certain that you did not find a taxi in front of the door..., it was enough to: ask us, you would have had one just above our house, or walk less than 10 minutes to find them. 4 restaurants directly around us....... at prices that are not excessive and why not ask us for advice? You had an excessively contemptuous attitude when you moved into our living room: you refused any exchange, you did not take into account the suggestions made to offer yourself a welcome tea or other drink at your convenience. You have been constantly immersed in your phones, you have been incorrect towards a person who welcomed you into his house and wanted to welcome you. Persisting in your contempt, how did you want to be taken into consideration? As for payment: your reservation is made for 3 nights, so payment for 3 nights. By making your reservation through a central reservation office, you accept the conditions attached to it; we apply them ourselves. For the next time, when you book in a country other than your own, try to take a closer look at the location and place you have chosen.
