Great Breakfast!
Had a great one night stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The best part was the breakfast. The food was great! I would stay again just for the breakfast. (Huevos rancheros, gorditas, and other great stuff)

The Rio was great for what my friend and I needed for our stay. The front desk staff were very helpful and spoke both English and Spanish. Was a very quick check-in and check-out process. We didn't take advantage of the complimentary breakfast as we wanted to eat in the city. But the late wake ups and having housekeeping come back after we left the room made the stay feel much warmer. My only true complaint about the stay, was the shower curtain was not long enough for the bath tub. This caused the washroom floor to get wet and we had to clean it after all finished showering. In all I would recommend this hotel to other travelers

Convenience location
Hotel is in excellent location with minimum street noice. It has good amenities. At time the ice machines in each floor where being upgraded so the only functional was the one in the first floor.

Great service. Business hotel was advertised, except many children overrunning the hotel until midnight. Great, except need a high tolerance for kids. Location isolated in burbs.

Good location. Close to mall and restaurants.
Great staff. Attends to complaints and requests. Overall, clean lobby. Did nit try breakfast buffet. However, very noisy AC unit and it was not cooling the room. Staff tried to fix it, but to no avail.

Nice hotel, but Hard to find
Very well maintained . Rooms were spacious and bathrooms immaculate, the best and cleanest bathroom on our whole trip. Breakfast was also impressive compared to some others on our trip. Close to a small shopping complex.

This hotel was rated excellent, but should be good at best. Carpets are dirty, vending machines empty, and no change available at desk. Breakfast was okay. Paid more than it is worth.

El hotel está bien ubicado, pero la habitación estaba sucia, principalmente el baño y había unos calcetines de los huéspedes anteriores debajo de la cama, eso significa que no limpian bien. Por otro lado, utilizan platos de unicel, vasos y cubiertos de plástico para el desayuno, lo cual no es para nada ecológico por la cantidad de basura no biodegradable que se genera. Deben de actualizarse y hacerse amigables con el medio ambiente.
