We loved our stay! We celebrated my 75th birthday at this wonderful, gorgeous home with family and friends for a long weekend, and there was no need to leave the property. Everything was perfect – beautiful décor, fabulous kitchen, magnificent pool and hot tub, etc. We were fortunate to be there the weekend of the Tampa Bay Airfest at MacDill AFB, and were able to see the “Thunderbirds Air Show” from the deck of the upper level, and also a night time launch from Cape Canaveral (130 miles away – just had to look East). My husband found this place on VRBO, and I can’t thank him enough! One more thing… Dom, the owner, is the best!

Incredible Two Weeks
The Conley property is as-described. I stayed here in March, 2024 for two weeks and not only was it more impressive than the photos, but Dom was exceedingly responsive to any inquiries and requested concierge services. Property is properly outfitted for all generations and includes optional technology for generations accustomed to luxury smart home amenities.

We cannot say enough about our stay here! From the moment I first met Dom online I knew we were in great hands. The house was amazing. Beautiful setting with every amenity you could ask for. All we needed to bring was food and our clothes! LOL. Little things like spices, oils, dishwashing tabs, etc. already there! The main bedroom was beautiful, the pool, the hot tub…I could go on and on. It was a quick weekend trip to see our son and his friends at UTampa and everyone was in awe of the house! Thanks Dom….we’ll be back!!!

Nicest place I’ve ever stayed
We had just immediate family for a long weekend for an intimate wedding Friday night. All of the kids 17-29 enjoyed the stay. Super high end and great spots for pictures. Pool is great and it is so private. The host was great and responsive as needed. Would love to go back one day.

Top tier home with exquisite amenities
We have stayed in hundreds of homes around the Tampa area. This home is one of the best homes we’ve ever stayed in. Dom is an excellent host that goes above the call of duty to make you feel right at home. The home is state of the art with impecable decor and was spotless when we arrived. The amenities are over the top, ice machines, double ovens, pool, hot tub, coffee makers, frothing machines and so much more. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. The surrounding restaurants were delicious and very close. This place covers all the bases for a safe and wonderful vacation!

Awesome backyard good area
House was beautiful extremely large and spacious. The owner was zero hassle we have stayed at other places where the owner makes you feel uncomfortable with a million rules he was not like that at all because he wasn’t I felt more respectful for it. We booked this property last minute for Mother's Day, it did not disappoint! The homeowner was incredibly helpful and definitely went above and beyond for us. He even helped to arrange for a private chef to come to the home and make us the most incredible meal. We will most definitely be returning.

Beautiful clean property
The owner was great with anything we needed and was just a simple text away. The house is incredible and the backyard is the perfect spot to have a drink and unwind. Perfect luxury home for large group
We had a fantastic stay in Tampa at this gorgeous house. Dom is a wonderful host who gave a very helpful overview of the property and was always promptly available with any issue that arose. Family get away
The property is immaculate, well maintained, both interior and exterior. Space galore, plenty of room for many family activities, inside or outside. Spacious bedrooms and multiple areas for hanging out and relaxing. Pet friendly for our little (furry) one, within very nice community for an early morning or late evening (relaxing) scroll. We couldn't get enough of the pool and hot tub, fan favorates. Property, amenities and host get an A-plus, and we'll certainly be returning for another stay. "Dom" was an awesome facilitator, from initial booking to final check out.

Wonderful Property!!
We had a wonderful stay at the Ballast Point property. We were there to celebrate a 40th Birthday and got engaged during our stay! The property was beautiful. The privacy of the backyard was perfect and kept all our guests entertained. Dominic was nothing short of amazing. From helping us plan a private dinner at the house to sharing contacts for the best limo service we have encountered to date. Oh and not to mention working with my fiancé to setup the perfect engagement! He was so responsive to all our questions prior to our stay and during our stay. Great Stay in Tampa !
Our group consisting of two families was extremely comfortable in this high end property. All amenities were top notch; pool area, master suite amazing. Everyone had their own areas to "Hang out" or join together as they wanted. Location is secluded and very private among similar nice homes. Dom is a great host and was there with great suggestions whenever we asked (restaurants, activities, etc.). Nothing but positives about staying at this great property.

Outstanding stay!
This was a golf trip with 8 guys. Dominic was outstanding, great communication, and took care of any issues (we were out of coffee, he was Johnny on the spot). The house is amazing with every amenity you can want. After golf, this property is a great place to unwind and enjoy life. Dominic always ensured his guests were comfortable and happy. Great Christmas Vacation
Beautiful modern home. Everything worked and Dom was quick to answer questions. He was very accommodating. We had 4 kids under 7 and they had fun in the backyard in the pool, playing ping pong and golf. It kept them very busy. We went to Clearwater beach twice. It was 45 minute drive which we didn’t mind. The house and neighborhood are very quiet. We would stay again for sure.

Wow what a house! My team and I had a fantastic time staying at this luxury rental. We usually don’t go all out on rentals, but this one was a must-do. Being in person is truly a different experience, you find yourself emerged in privacy with all the amenities of a resort feel. The technology running through this house is second to none, Dominic did a great job bringing it into 2021 and on. Air conditioned bed, automatic blinds, self adjusting temp gauge?! Too cool! Great for families or friends looking for a unique hideaway. Dominic was an amazing host- made sure we could work the house & checked in consistently making sure we had what we needed. Perfect family vacay week
Our family stayed at the property for the whole week and it was a perfect week. Kids love the swimming pool, mini golf, ping pong table in the backyard. I myself love the late night swim and hot tub. We entertained ourselves through cooking in a very well equipped kitchen, BBQ. Large dining table and outdoor dining. The guys love the house cause TVs were everywhere. The landscaping was amazing. Great supplies for everything we need. We had great memories built at the house. Master bedroom suite was great. I feel like HOME with all of the equipments very similar to my house. I can’t survive without a good cappuccino, sparkling water, cocktails and…Dyson vacuum. Lol!!! And he has it all at the house. He even has Tide free & gentle pods which are perfect for my 2 month old baby. I have never been to a vacay home that the owner is so in-sync with my specific needs. My husband said Dominic is reading my mind with all the equipments he provided….I feel just like HOME!!! Dominic was an amazing host. He paid attention to every single details to ensure guests have a great time. He is fast to response and easy to work with. Every time I think of Tampa, I will definitely have to stay at this house. We feel like HOME after a week staying there. Thank you for having us. We will never forget this trip at this home.

AMAZING Private Tropical Getaway
Twice a year my extended family and I vacation together in Florida. Typically we have to rely on the pictures online to describe the destination. Sometimes its a toss up. Not in this case. Words can not express how this location exceeded our expectations for this trip. We felt like we were on our own private tropical island. The outdoor pool, tv, games, grill and sitting areas, etc. created the perfect gathering area for the family activities for all ages. The modern interior of the home was very spacious but also very comfortable. We felt we were staying at a five star resort. I would highly recommend this property to anyone except the week we reserve it next year :).
