Sorry that you had an issue during your stay. Our outside vendor looked at the room and did not find any issues within the room that would have caused any bites. In addition, we have been pretty busy and had several guests in that room with no reported issues. Again, my apologies that your wife had that occur.

Caterina,Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry that you had some issues during your stay. I will absolutely have or Maintenance team and our outside vendor treat your room. I can assure you, that is not a typical arrival experience. As for our breakfast team, we do have hot skillets and notices in our breakfast area that children should be accompanied by their parents for that reason. It is more of a safety issue and if you were not with him we have to address him to ensure his safety. Again, my apologies for the issue. Thank you and safe future travels.

Thank you for your feedback. Being that all of our guestroom have full size refrigerators there is an ice maker in every room so we do not need ice machines. As for our rooms, they are still very new and in good condition. All rooms were last renovated at the same time and we generally get very good feedback on our rooms. Thank you for your review from your recent stay. I apologize the room not having a king bed. We received a message after the booking of the reservation that the room needed a roll in shower and the only rooms we have that have roll in showers are our studio queen rooms. I had my maintenance team look into the smoke alarm going off, apologize that disrupted your stay. We hope to serve you again and make your next experience better than the last.

Thank you for staying with us recently here at the Residence Inn Tampa Sabal Park. I am sorry to hear your experience wasn't as expected with the hotel wide water issue we unexpectedly had. We got is resolved as soon as we could but I know it wasn't soon enough. I hope you chose to stay with us again on your travels back to Tampa as the issue that occurred isn't something that happens frequently.

Kimberly,I am sorry that you had issues during your recent stay. Typically, that is not a normal stay experience at our location. I am sorry that we were unable fix your door until the following morning. As for the water issue that was a city issue that occurred without notice. We realize that the low pressure caused a negative experience and water issue was from 11 pm and restored around 5:00 am. Again, we received no explanation on if occurred. Even though the event was not the fault of the hotel, we did offer compensation of 125 plus tax that equaled 141.88. Thank you and safe travels!
