The hotel is close to the airport and offers free breakfast which was one of the reasons we chose it as we had a long journey ahead. We did not have a good experience. The staff at breakfast wore worn-out t-shirts which did not look clean and helped themselves to the food and ate it on the go. One male staff suddenly shouted at me and my daughter a few times, assuming that we wanted to take sandwiches that were on our table with us just as we started to eat. Then he sat opposite and watched us eating, trying to intimidate us. Needless to say, we will not stay here again and also we want to warn any prospective guests about the unacceptable behavior of some of the staff.

I did enjoy staying at Hestia Hotel Susi, however there were several things that could be improved. On the positive side, the receptionist was very friendly and happy to help! The room was perfectly clean and tidy, also quitte spacious and the temperature was just right. Nice underfloor heating in the bathroom. The location is also very convenient for those who travel by public transport - there is a bus stop right across the road from the hotel. There are only a few things that I thought could be better. 1. The shower cabin didn't drain very well. 2. It was disappointing to find no electric kettle in the room after a long walk in frosty weather. 3. It would be nice to have sockets where you can plug USB cables. I have seen them in many hotels, they are extremely useful. On the whole, it is a nice hotel, and I'll be staying there again.

It was ok for 1 night before the airport. Bed were uncomfortable and someone was know at our door at 9.30, woke us up. They had a wrong door. Walls are paper thin . We could hear the neighbors at 2.30am talk

Overall good stay
There was a mini fridge in the room that made some awful noise and was disturbing my sleep. Other than that it was ok. The breakfast was good and had a nice variety.

Conveniently situated a short taxi ride from the airport with access to the city. Friendly multi lingual staff. I only stopped one night to recover from flying before heading south. I pleasant restaurant and a comfortable room

Fantastic - but a little to far from the old town
The only problem that I have with the Hestia Hotel Susi is that it is a bit far out from Old Tallinn which I was visiting. Apparently from that my stay was excellent. Thank you to the staff they were most helpful all of the time.

This hotel is conveniently close to the airport. It's a bit dated, and we found some mold in the bathroom. Otherwise a pleasant stay. Breakfast was nice, and the staff was nice also.

Quiet and pleasant stay.
Great location near the hotel. We had notified them of late arrival and early departure and they kindly offered us a breakfast parcel to take with us. Receptionist very accommodating.

Fawlty Towers in Tallinn!
The Hestia chain has recently taken over this property and their work is really cut out for them. The current management clocks off at 5pm on a Friday and are absent over the weekend. Chaos results. A sign is posted for a specific day listing the restaurant's opening hours but in fact are the bar's opening hours, the kitchen having closed an hour earlier. As this hotel is in a remote location, this is an important consideration. The lift went out of service around 9 pm on a Friday evening. No signs were posted on each floor indicating the outage. If there were a service elevator, it was not made available to the guests. When after an hour or so, "out of order" notices were posted they were still in place 12 hours later despite the lift being operational again. Each room has a "split" air conditioning with control. The hotel has rendered them non operational. As the main window is locked shut, there is only a small side vent that can be opened. The hotel staff were informed of my disabled status and made no attempt to check on my well being nor inform me when the lift was working. It was a very long night.

Hello! Thank you for feedback, we appreciate it. I am sorry that our elevator stopped working and air conditioning system was not switching over on time. At this moment those problems have been solved.

The hotel was absolutely splendid. Reception staff was courteous and most helpful. The hotel has plenty of windows in all areas giving it a bright and cheery ambience. Room was spotlessly clean with sufficient amenities and everything worked to perfection. Breakfast was ample with a good selection of food offered in a buffet style. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Plenty of room for (outdoor) parking and although quite removed from the Old Town the public transport (bus and tram) was very close to the hotel giving easy access to the historic center of Tallinn.

Enjoyed staying here. Close to the airport and public transport. Modern and spacious room. Very comfortable bed, fast and reliable wifi and amazing staff. They serve breakfast at 8 am, but I was leaving at 7 am and they arranged it for me. I will stay again

Arrived at airport too late to be picked up by friends so had to overnight. The stay was very comfortable. Had great breakfast, and then was picked up by friends, and therefore can not comment on local facilities. The location was attractive. Hotel was attractive.. If not visiting relatives, we would have stayed longer.
