"We had a lovely welcome to the hotel. The room was spacious and clean with air conditioning which was great with the hot weather we could experience during our stay. We enjoyed our relaxed breakfast with a great buffet selection in an beautiful setting. housekeeping was friendly and made a good job during our stay, always trying to make sure the room is tidy and clean and adjusted to our time schedule. We had a balcony with great view over the pool, lake and mountains. The hotel had an amazing gym for a hotel, which my son and husband enjoyed very much. I think they would have enjoyed a more friendly and passionate staff there, but It was overall a very pleasant stay and we will be definitely be back."

"This property was designed for people who love details and appreciate a beautiful asthetic. The service was excellent there and there is a winery in walking distance (unfortunately, we did not get to experience it). Morcote is very very charming but it is so isolated. They have weddings frequently in the castle (attached to the winery) and the hotel is often booked for wedding guests so we were lucky we got to experience one day of it."

"The room was spacious and beautiful, offering a stunning view. Breakfast was excellent. The dinner service was wonderful with an equally amazing view, just the food is not the best. However, given that it was included in the half-board rate, it was perfectly acceptable. A quick tip: the train station is only a two-minute walk away, but be sure to ask the front desk for directions, instead of following Google Maps."

"Quiet small little chapel in courtyard. Swimming pool on property. Beautiful views and great dinner on terrace. Close to bus stop to main Lugano station. Wanted to stay an extra night but they were sold out. Wonderful stay."
