Our top spec caravan is situated on a hillside with open views of the sea over the bay of Swanage and across to the hills towards Old Harry's Rock. The views from sofas and decking are breathtaking. A 15 minute walk to the town and sea front of Swanage and a 15 minute drive to the stunning Studland beach and ferry across to Sandbanks. There are multiple cliff top walks to Lighthouse and Durlston Castle and country park from caravan. Large Pool can be used on next holiday park with a fee.

A great base for a Dorset Holiday. The property was spotlessly clean and comfortable. It had wonderful views over Swanage, there was even the odd glimpse of the steam train! Communication with the owners was straight forward, as were the directions to the property. Would highly recommend.

This was the second time we've stayed at Chris and Paul's caravan and everything was superb. Check in and communication is smooth and simple and the caravan is a fantastic place to enjoy some peace and tranquility, while still being close to lots of great attractions and sightseeing spots.
