Situated in an elevated position overlooking Swanage Bay, 3 Dolphin House offers a spacious and substantial holiday home capable of sleeping eleven people with panoramic sea views. On arrival, you are greeted by an entrance hall with the open sea facing living room to one side, the newly fitted kitchen 
The location of the property, within walking distance to the beach and town offers an array of things to see and do right on your doorstep. The beautiful seaside town of Swange is just half a mile away and offers a wide and varied choice of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. Explore the coastline from Durlston Country Park or walk eastwards to Studland and the lovely sand dunes. Close by you can take the steam train to Corfe Castle and take a trip back in time at the historic castle ruins with far reaching views. 
Size: Sleeps 11 in 6 bedrooms Beds: 1) Double bed and a cot, first floor 2) Twin beds, storage, second floor 3) Double bed and washbasin, second floor 4) Bunk beds and washbasin, second floor 5) Single bed and washbasin, second floor 6) Twin beds, sea views, third floor Rooms: Entrance hall, living room with dining area and easy seating. Kitchen / dining room, utility room, family bathroom. Double bedroom on first floor with cot.  Kitchen/Utilities: Newly refurbished kitchen and dining room, with dining table and seating for 11. Built in gas hob, fan oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine/tumble dryer.  Entertainment:  Flat screen TV Parking: Parking available in nearby metered car parks  General:  WiFi included, towels and bedding included, please bring your own beach towels Pets:  Sorry, no pets Please note there is no outside space available with this property and the slipway is not to be used by guests

Fantastic experience
Property was everything we hoped it would be! Amazing views, very clean, great kitchen! Only remarks would be lack of bath soap, and garbage bags. Other than those two items I’d rate it a 10!
