Good hotel. OK complimentary breakfast. Nice central location. Room was good size and comfortable but too warm. Needed window open to keep it cool enough.

Pros: Front desk staff need acute training in customer relations.
Cons: Training and customer service. Breakfast very poor selection. Had recommended it to friends felt embarrassed to have done so.
Overcharged at check out and no one could help, or refund difference.

Room in serious need of udating. Bathroom fixtures difficult to oprate. Breakfast buffet well below average for similarly priced hotels. Definitely over priced for quality provided.

Nice hotel, conveniently located near shops and restaurants. After a long day on the slopes great to relax in the pool and hot tub.

Hotel was good especially for the price - good breakfast, liked the waffles. Staff wasn't very knowledgable about the bus routes to the ski slopes or about the appliances in the rooms (like how to turn on the refrigerator). Overall was a good experience.

We stayed at motel during a skiing break. People who worked there were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ready and tastly.

You get what you pay for

Room was nice. Shower water temp changed constantly could be dangerous for a young child not knowing whats going on. Hot tub jets didnt work and was dirty. Breakfast counter was ok.

Nice hotel 10 to 30 min from ski

Right on I70 before the junction to breckenridge. We were 10 min from copper, 20 min from Breck and 35 min from vail. It was perfect, we got to try a day in each resort.

Don't plan on the complimentary airport shuttle

Cons: If you're going to promote complimentary shuttle service and book guests and scheduled runs, follow the schedule.
When we checked in the evening before, the desk agent asked if we needed transportation airport. He reviewed the shuttle schedule with us and then proceeded to "book" us on the 9:15 am shuttle (the next shuttle was at 9:45 am and too late to get us to the airport for our flight). Our party (all 6 of us) arrived in the lobby prior to 9:05 and waited for our shuttle along with several other guests. We took turns checking outside to be sure to catch the shuttle's arrival. At 9:15 I asked the front desk agent when we should expect the shuttle and she informed me it had already come and gone and wouldn't be back until 9:45 am. She said it must have come early and she thought he had stepped into the lobby and asked if anyone needed the shuttle although - this was not the case - as we were all standing in the lobby. I asked what our alternatives were. Since the shuttle was off schedule, would it arrive early again? Do we need to call a taxi? Can someone drive usWhat's the point of booking the shuttle if its not actually on a schedule? Unfortunately, she wasn't helpful or empathetic to the situation. She didn't offer any alternatives and when asked if she could call us a cab she said she could but couldn't tell is when one could get here. The front desk agent's advice was to take it up with the driver because she had no control over the situation. We had to call for two Ubers to get us the airport in time - due to the hotel's messed up schedule.
