"We love Westwood Shores. It's quiet and off the beaten path but close enough to Hwy 42. We received a complimentary upgrade and had zero complaints. Will stay again as long as it remains pet free (allergy issues)."

"Literally the best place on the water. You have to see it to believe it. We had the most peaceful wonderful time with our dogs. Morning walks along the beach. Coffee with the sunrise. Wine with the sunset. The cabin had everything you would need to enjoy a relaxing stay. The owners are wonderful and were very accommodating and friendly. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We already booked a week for next summer and will continue to do so every year ."

"Lovely house with nice facilities. Could hear the waves from the lake with the windows open. Beach is gorgeous. Access to the beach may be a challenge if you have mobility problems or small children. Steep drive to walk up and down as well. Overall very pleasant and enjoyable stay and would return and also recommend."

"Have stayed here before a couple of nights. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Motel is older, but appears they’re doing some updating. Other than cookie crumbs on chair in room, it was clean."

"Great place to stay for the price. Went down to the pool on our 2nd night and it was closed, which was unfortunate. Room was clean. Breakfast was good. Some questionable characters hanging around the far end during the course of our stay, may have been homeless, very dirty in that area. Other than that, we used the other entrances and it was fine. "
