"Exemplary stay for three seniors traveling to Stresa for a wedding. They could not do enough to accommodate us as we the second room was needed last minute. The rooms were cleaner than rooms that friends had in the lake front high end hotels. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the best hot water and pressure of that can be imagined. The owner went out of his way to help us out with miscommunications among friends. Great spot for those with physical challenges and you could not be any closer to great spots for walking along the water, shopping and dining. Breakfast was great with yummy pastries and terrific coffee. We have moved on to a villa with family but are heading back for dinner at the restaurant. We truly believe that this hotel could not have been any better. A gem not to be missed!"

"We had booked for 3 people originally. 2 rooms, 1 single and 1 double. There was a change in our travel arrangements and we arrived with 4 of us. The rooms unfortunately do not accomodate an extra bed, but they rearranged and made available another single room. The reception was very accommodating, and very helpful. The fact that the property had a parking spot for our car was much appreciated. The location is perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. Yet it is a short walk on the lakeside boardwalk to town. Moments away from the docks for catching a boat. We enjoyed the friendly service, clean rooms and gracious Stresa hospitality."
