Enjoyed the price on this room. Had the very basics i needed for my trip. Could have had a more reasonable check out time to make them stand out above the rest in their area.

Thank you for your feedback. One of the main reasons we stand out from the rest in the area is our price point. We try to accommodate if a guest needs a little more time to check out but we can be limited when the rooms are booked for that day. Check in time is 2 pm but guests will sometimes try to check in at noon and we accommodate but all rooms have to be done by 1 pm by housekeeping so that they are checked and ready. This process takes time so a checkout time of 10:30 to 11 is very reasonable.

Great two night stay.
There is nothing I can add to the other reviews already here. I do have to say, I was in room 3, and the bed and pillows were just fantastic. They were better than my own at home. I slept fantastically both nights. Very close to the Festival Market shopping and all the regular fast food outlets. So no problem eating. Just wondered why I had a fridge in the room, that's all. I highly recommend it for an overnight stay, unless you desire more upscale accommodations. It was a bargain price and worth it.

Very cheap motel. If you are looking for really cheap accommodation this is it. The room is very tiny. The windows didn’t latch or lock. You get what you pay for.

Our rooms are not huge or fancy and that is obviously reflected in our price point. All windows do latch and lock, the windows can slide top to bottom and bottom to top, you have to line up the latch to get it to lock obviously or it won't lock.

As noted many times our bathrooms are on the smaller side so if one is looking for a large bathroom with all the luxuries this is not the place for you. This is a budget friendly motel for those who do not want to spend too much on their stay in Stratford.

Our price point reflects that you are not going to get all the "bells and whistles" but a reasonably priced clean and comfortable room. Stratford does offer lots of modern accommodations that would have all the luxuries one would desire but you need to spend at least triple our price.

Staff was pretty nice and the outside sitting area was amazing, but aside from that there were no real surprises. Room was small with just a window ac, bathroom was even smaller, and the bed was so horrible I think sleeping on the ground would have been more comfortable.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm not sure what room you were in since it is anonymous but we do replace beds that need so every season and because I don't know what room you were in it is impossible for me to confirm that it is in good condition.

Clean, comfy, and Convenient!
The Noretta was clean, comfy, and convenient, I slept well, every night, and was so local to everything in Stratford that I did a good deal of walking. I will definitely stay at the Noretta again.

It's a motel. No surprises.
This is a motel. No surprises. Basic. Small bathroom Not high end. It is a motel! It is only a 10 min walk to 🎭festival theatre. Also there are eating places within walking distance, incl a DQ🍦

Room wa a good size, was clean, good fridge, lots of hot water, quiet, outside gazebo and grass area had lots of chairs was a bonus. Room had small a/c but not used nice air flow with windows open. Shower was just ok

The bathroom have a funny smell and hairs on the wall, can be improved, the room price was similar to the 3 or 4 star hotels near the Toronto Airport.

This was exactly as advertised. We got a clean room at a very reasonable price. It was not a big room, but we were only there to sleep. They happily accommodated our early check-in so that we could freshen up before our 2pm show. I would stay there again.

Property is in good location, but it's old. There is no a/c, coffee makers in the room. No coffee even in the office. Bathroom is really small. There is no mirror above the sink. It makes it difficult to shave. Room was clean. Bed was too soft for me.

Thank you for your feedback as they help us make the appropriate changes and updates based on guest experiences. Every room does have window AC but it was put in a day or so after you left as the weather was still quite cold when you stayed with us that we still had to have the heat running. Every bathroom also has a mirror but some are not directly above the sink as there are windows there for ventilation. The beds we choose seem to be the best fit for our property as they are not too hard or too soft but we will definitely look into something different when we purchase again. Coffee makers do seem to be highly requested and we are looking into putting them in each unit.

Good location. Terrible bathroom. Not enough in room comfort like no chairs, no wardrobes or closets, no place to put your suitcases. The heat is either too much or pretty cold at night time. Had to call the office to crank up the heat cause it was cold, couldn't sleep.

Could not figure out how to turn down the heat as was WAY to hot so had to open windows to cool room down. Had a booking issue where either they or hotels overbooked a room, so had to downgrade but they did solve and contact and were flexible to help at least. Bathroom is very small but it worked
