The front desk supervisor was the worst to deal with. Very rude and was not pleasant to deal with at all. She made it seem as if we were lying about having a reservation. We got locked out of our room and she made it seem as if were trespassing on the property. She had to walk us to our room that we rightfully reserved and paid for as if we were children. Very unpleasant stay.

The pool is perfectly warmed as well, and the hot tub was HOT, perfect for the chilly evening the night we stayed.

Unfortunately we stayed on the second floor with loud guests above us! They also started vacuuming above us at 9:30 in the morning! The breakfast seemed like they had a nice selection. Staff was very friendly!

Our room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. The lighting and outlets were well placed and adequate. Breakfast had enough offerings so that I could still follow my strict diet that the doctor recommended.

The place wasn't clean. Ice machines not working except on 1st floor. Distance from rooms was too much. Front desk personnel were rude and not helpful. Not as good an experience as 5 years ago. Looks like just doing bare bones upkeep. Never go back!

Great service, clean, reasonable, and safe
Staff was very accommodating. I actually booked 2 night stay but for medical reason, had to leave the next day. Staff at Hotels.com & at the hotel was totally understanding. I felt as they actually cared about my situation and never received push back, considering it was a nonrefundable booking.As for the hotel, it was clean, safe, comfortable, and a great location right off the freeway.

You can hear the steps from the upstairs floor, the hall way very loud, the elevator was dirty and the elevator carpet was torn. The room was clean, very outdated and the bathroom shower door water leaked all over the floor.

The location of this hotel was ideal for what we needed. It was also convenient that Starbucks and a gas station was in the same parking lot. Breakfast was pretty good and there was enough variety. We also got a to-go breakfast bag on the day we checked out since we left early. I really appreciate that they do this because it's helpful when you need to get on the road. The condition of the hotel seems a little run down. It might just be the age of the place in combination with the style of it. The carpet in the room seemed dirty, and it was hard to tell if it was just because it was old or if it really was dirty. Check-in wasn't the best experience. The staff member had no smile on her face but got us checked in quickly enough. It would have been nice to be told what time breakfast was, but she didn't even mention it or what the internet log in might be. The staff the following day was more helpful when we asked for our room to be cleaned. They do not routinely clean your room unless you ask. She put us on the list and radioed someone to add us to their list as well. Our room was cleaned, garbages emptied and new towels were in our bathroom when we got back at the end of the day. The garbage cans are pretty small and overflow pretty quickly, and they didn't have any recycle bins in the rooms or in the lobby. Overall, it was a pretty good hotel to stay at. It wasn't super noisy despite being close to a busy street.
