WE are deeply sorry that your impression of our service and staff was below standard. We would never intentionally ignore or not be available to our customers. The unfortunate circumstance with your visit presented several factors. 1. We were over booked by the booking site and put a plan in action immediately to assist our customers in finding other accommodations 2. We gave the booking difference to guests such as your self and found accommodations at nearby hotels. 3.No one was required to pay out of pocket over and above original booking amount. We sent you to a neighboring hotel and paid for your room. You were also not charged for the first night you stayed with us.

Dear Guest, We apologize for the issues in your room and there were obvious oversights on our housekeeping . We had started using a different cleaning company and it was obvious that they did not pay attention to detail. We have parted ways with this company, and anticipate this unusual isolated incident to be the last. Again, thank you for taking the time to review us as we always want to know where we need to improve. Customer satisfaction is priority number one .
