Staff was polite and helpful. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Had to request that room be cleaned and did not replace toilet paper (had to call front desk and pick it up myself). Enjoyed our stay.

This was our family’s first time staying at this Hampton Inn and it was nothing but an amazing stay! The staff were extremely friendly and helped with all our needs. The room was clean and comfortable. We went swimming our whole stay and the pool was clean and we had fun. We had to pay for parking but it was very reasonable price and the parking lot was big and right next to hotel. We would definitely stay here our next visit!

Large, modern and clean room; location is excellent for visiting Forest Park, U City, the Hill and right off the freeway to get downtown. Great value.

All the staff were welcoming and personable. It was obvious they took pride in their work. Our room was clean and quiet. We also appreciated having a hotel with continental breakfast. The staff running this area kept the area clean, organized, and well stocked. Additionally, this hotel had their own parking and was very close to main roads. It has been our "go to" hotel when visiting our daughter over several years. So far, we've been very happy staying here.

This place deserves 7 out of 5 stars! We had a wonderful stay here. The staff was extremely friendly. The hotel was very clean. It was definitely a relief to come here after a long hot day at the zoo. This will be our go-to place anytime we visit St Louis! And the restaurant next door had amazing burgers.

I was not told about the parking or pet change which resulted in an extra $85 I was obligated to pay, the pool was small and was not as clean. The parking charge just felt like a money grab. Everything else was descent. The rep informed me she told the GM of the issues but I don’t think anything was done about it.

This property is by a HUGE park. I was traveling with my pets, so it was a wonderful way to be able to walk them after a long day in the car. I can't say enough good things about this place. They were friendly and helpful and the hotel was great. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
