I'm very sorry you could not be checked in. As I stated to you in person a credit card is needed for all and any stays here at the motel. When you could not produce a credit card I could not allow you into the room as per company policy. Also as per our discussion at the time all money would be refund through the booking agent you used, expedia, to book the room. Sorry for any inconvenience that might have caused you but I have nothing to do with your return of funds from a different company. Have a great day

Thanks for your honest opinion. As you can imagine the Covid lockdowns made everything hard. Things got really tight these last few years and it was hard to make updates to things when the money wasn't there to make the updates. I'm very sorry I do not have any control over the expedia website. What they offer their customers and for what price. I just ran into another like situation where expedia promised a customer a room for a Saturday night that was completely booked. I tried to accommodate your stay the best I could and I did offer you a discount that at the time you seemed unwilling to take. I'm very sorry that your stay was not on the level of your expectations.

The ac unit is working fine. If you could not figure out how to turn it on you should have called the front desk and we would have shown you how. Sorry that did not occur.

The device behind the Television is the cable box. There are no cameras in any room.

Sorry about the heat Sir. The pilot on the furnace went out. I noticed it this morning after you had left. Had I known the pilot had gone out I would have immediately relite it for you!

I believe it got up to 62 within 2hours and when I cleaned the room upon your checkout the temperature was 73. Sorry for the early check in. From now on I'll be cognizant to the fact that I shouldn't allow customers a early check in if the heat isn't adequate.
