When I booked several months ago, I reserved a specific room -a superior, unit 12 and was willing to pay the higher price. When I checked in, I was told I couldn’t have that room because someone else was in it and was given a regular double at the same price even though I knew the regular double was less money on Expedia. When I showed my Expedia reservation, I was told I could get a refund if I didn’t want the room I was given. It was the weekend and wasn’t about to try and find another hotel at last minute, so we ended up staying. Unfortunately, we won’t be staying there again because they don’t honor chosen reservations. Also, the beds were terrible! They need to be replaced with newer mattresses that won’t leave you with severe back pain, and are larger for tall people.
