“Ok for the price”

The hotel was very easy to find. I booked 2 rooms and they made them ajoining without being asked too which was great. The Ihop in hotel entrance was a plus. The rooms were clean and this is an older hotel so the outside noises were heard easily throught the opening beside the new AC that was put in a spot to big for it made sleeping here 2 nights very hard. You could see day light down the side of the AC. We traveled with 2 kids and a Senior and all three of them were Ok with the rooms. For the price it was Ok, but will not stay here again, to noisy for a good night sleep. The staff were very nice.

“Good for the Price”

We arrived early and the person at the front desk allowed us to check in 4 hours before the regular time. The room had a strange odor but once the air was turned on it disappeared. The beds were comfortable as were the pillows. The bathroom was clean as well as everything else. They are trying to cut back on water usage and will not change your sheets everyday unless otherwise specified but the will flip it inside out so you can sleep on the clean side. Overall I would stay there again. There is an IHOP right next to the hotel so searching for breakfast wasnt a mission.

Hotel was good and the 10% IHOP discount was a nice perk.

The overall satisfaction on this hotel was good. The people at the front desk was very pleasent and it didnt take but 1 min to get checked in since I did everything online with Expedia. Very quick process. It was very nice that in the front office there is a iHop waiting there for you when you get up in the morning and have a nice good old fasion breakfast. The exterior of the office where it leads you outside to the actual rooms, shows a well mantained landscaping with a nice clean decent size pool right in the center. The walkways to and from the hotel rooms have sidewalk going along side the pool with nice St. Augustine grass between you and the swimming pool. Also this hotel is right in front of the St. Augustine's Premium mall. As far as the cleanliness of the room and the overall comfort I must say was not bad for the price you are paying. The bed was extramly comfortable and nice cusiony pillows. Bathroom was clean and well supplied with the regular soaps towels ect for rooms. I guess the only thing I would say I think they can improve on is new carpet. It wasn't horrible but it does show its age some. There is one thing that should be fixed right away im not sure if its like that for all rooms but the front door had a 1 1/2 gap were bugs and possible rodents can sneak through, although we did not have any problems with this during our 1 day stay. I think that there should be atleast a flange or something that will cover this gap to prohibit this from happening.

“Basic lodgings, clean, safe, good value”

Older facility in fair condition being updated. Staff was friendly, and the room clean. The restaurant was great. We walked to the outlet mall next to the parking lot and it was a short drive into old St. Augustine.

Had some problems with in room fridge! Beds kinda hard! toliet stopped up on last day! friendly workers! would book again though!

“A decent place to sleep”

This hotel was a clean place to stay for the evening, and quiet. We had no problems checking in or out. It was clean and the area was well lit and safe.
