The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The size of the unit was fine but the AC did not really cool the square footage. The floors needed mopping or maybe steam cleaned. There were roaches in the kitchen which was gross. I did call and they would send out Florida Pest but I asked them to wait till we left. We did not have water for about 8 hours because of a broken pipe and the ice dispenser needs fixing. It will be my last time at Ocean Villas! Somehow we managed to have a good time. ##### Cheryl F.
