"There was a water outage for close to 24 hours. It was the City’s fault, but the hotel communications to guests were not the best. My entire family missed showers two days in a row because we got out of the room because no water until after 6 pm. When we came back at 8 pm, we saw a note they had put under the door, that the water had been turned on from 6-9 pm for guests to use the water, but it was off again. We have an adult in a power wheelchair. It was extremely frustrating. The hotel manager was very nice and comped one night of our stay, so that was the right thing to do. Just frustrating."
