“a little pricey”

Friendly staff, better than average breakfast buffet, clean room, stayed 4 days only wake up once from external noise (other guests). Cons - small parking lot for the way hotel is configured, Watch when you visit price varys from slightly high to very high, depending on when you are there

“Andy”

Consistent HIE standard. Clean room, and everything else ok too. However, breakfast was lacking. These microwaved egg patties they're trying to feed you are horrendously disgusting, and the biscuits were rock solid. Our stay was enjoyable not considering breakfast!

“Extremely Relaxed atmosphere”

Staff was great after full day of meetings every Tuesday night the Hotel staff provides a "Happy Hour", greeat place to unwind and chat with other business travelers.

“good stay-- goodprice nice breakfast buffet”

We stayed at the hotel only for one night and due to family emergency the room was spacious and the staff was nice the breakfast buffet was good and saved use money on breakfast.. the air conditioner did not work as well as i had hoped but it was overall a good value - close to the expressway

“Boring Location”

This hotel was comfortable and clean but the location is boring. It's located close to I-95 but there is not much else around. If you want dinner you'll need to drive some to anything worth eating. I did find a nice little Italian resturant in Historic Downtown Melbourne, Brio Italiano, which was superb.

“bring your own breakfast”

We were very pleased when we first arrived. The service was great and the room was clean. We went to this hotel after a shuttle launch so the hotel was completly booked full. A hot breakfast was being served from 7am to 10am. We went down to eat at 9am. They were all out of sausage and and other things as well. We tried the eggs and they were gross. After about 20 mins they were all out of everything so rest of the guests had only cereal and toast to eat. Alot of unhappy people. I would not eat at the breakfast at all again. I would suggest the Denny's next door or bring your own.

“wonderful trip”

We recently traveled to Melbourne Florida to watch our daughter play basketball at two community colleges. We booked our trip through Expedia as we have in the past. Our experience has always been good. This was no exception. The Motel was even better than described. The location was very convenient. A few miles from the ocean, but much cheaper than near the beach. The rooms were clean and well kept. The service was very good and the people were very friendly. The breakfast was great, more than a continental breakfast. We would give this motel the highest recommendation possible. By the way, our team won both games which made the trip even better. If the opportunity arises, we will stay here again.

“Exactly as expected”

Stayed here for 5 nights after my house sold and before I headed out of town. Good location - easy access to I-95. My only complaint, though minor, was the noise of the individual AC unit in the room. The hotel was quiet and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Area recommendations
Beachside would be better for those on holiday.
