Decent place for a good price. Don't know if it's the new normal but they do not service the room during your stay, we were there 4 nights and had to go to the front desk for clean towels and anything else we needed.

This property was dirty.. the smell of bug spray throughout the hallways was unreal. I was appalled by the room. Holes in the wall.. lighting was not sufficient.. lamp shades were crooked.. towels had hair on them. It was a horrible experience.

The only drawback is that the Hotel cleans only every four days. The Hotel is one and a half blocks from the Atlantic Ocean. How is this bad ? ? WORTH THE COST.

The downside: The elevator was extremely slow. The carpeting was what I would consider dirty. However the rooms were spacious, the view of the ocean was very nice. The staff was super, parking was easy and it was a very convenient location to shopping and food. I would stay here again.

I have booked here once before and it was decent for family due to the room design. I booked again on this trip and the rooms were aweful. They were over powered with bleach, wet feeling and the bed under sheets were wet. I told the front desk guy and he found nothing wrong with it and said If I wanted to change rooms it be 1 room out of the 2 we had purchased on a different floor and it would hold 1 queen vs the one we purchased of 1 queen and 2 singles to sleep our family of 4. I ask if there would be a price difference and he states "no because he didn't think there was anything wrong therefore that was his only option." We had no choice but to stay until I complained to another staff member who then got on the phone with managers who then moved my whole family (7) to another motel due to the rooms being bleachy and wet (as she stated). I was greatful for her but as far as him, he was rude, sarcastic, passive, and should not be in customer service! He defently but a bad taste in my mouth about hotel, if they hire someone like than it shines bad on buisness! .

Property looks run down and is very dirty. Our room smelled like someone urinated in it somewhere. Wife couldn't get wheelchair in bathroom. Community bathrooms were down right disgusting. Staff however was very pleasant and friendly.

This place had an odor and roaches. I wish I would’ve seen this is in a review but instead all the reviews mentioned easy access to the beach. It was - but it was nasty. And I hate roaches!!

The hotel checkin was easy. Beds were comfortable and clean. Refrigerator and complimentary coffee/tea in room. No towels were in room but they quickly provided upon request. The hairdryer was missing which would have been handy to have. There was an iron and board available.air conditioner was comfortable. Our room had a very nice distant view of ocean. There’s not a balcony. Overall, it was satisfactory for a short stay. Comfortable and clean with no frills.

Please DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL ! WARNING! I repeat PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! It reeks of urine, the bathroom looks gross, the carpet is filthy, overall rating a -1. Avoid this hotel. You get what you pay for. Honestly, this is by far one of the worse hotels I’ve ever visited. I travel quite frequently. The public restroom was disgusting when I arrived & the front desk lady wasn’t even at her desk to check us in. It took a while to check in because the lady was no where to be found. Unprofessional to say the least. Not worth the headache. Never again. I can’t even think in this building it smells so bad. Couldn’t sleep, the walls are paper thin. I have nothing positive to say. Sorry ! They really should close down. I hope management sees this & make huge changes.

Convenient as in transit to our cruise the next day. Cleanliness not good .. when vent turned on in liviņg room area, stink of urine. Staff not friendly .. rude in demeanor - when asked for info, appears I am bothering him (check-out) & her (check-in).

The first room we had smelled bad, only one buld out of four lit in the bathroom. They changed rooms for us and it didn't smell as bad but the mattrice was old and broke down. The plug sockets wouldn't hold the plug in. The hotel is more like a one star motel. We were very disappointed with this stay.

Didn’t get the room we asked for at first. They changed our room after we asked so that was fine. No ammenties. Had to walk to different hotel for swimming pool and coffee and laundry. No lobby. One elevator. No regular coffee in rooms.

The hotel is located close to Main Street but not directly on the beach. The hotel needs a refreshing. The room carpet was very dirty and needs replacement. The bed spring in the large room has been flatten over the years. The twin beds were however more adequate. This hotel has potential as the rooms are spacious. Excellent parking space.
