We where very disappointed. We do travel a lot as a family and I have seen a number of properties. This one needs a deep clean . It has been advertised for a family but the indoor dining table is way to small like the water cooker for a family of 5 (and my kids are still small). I would have loved to rate it...

"The property met our needs, but there were some things that could have been better. On the upside, because we had young children along, the pool was a bonus. The donkeys, goats, chickens, and roosters were enchanting. On the downside, if someone wants to be close to the surrounding cities (Tours/Amboise) with pubs and restaurants, this is not the place. Also, the place needs some TLC and a good scrubbing."

"Das Haus war sehr gut, die Lage direkt an der Loire bietet sich ideal zum Kanu/Kajak/Sup an. Gefühlt 25 Meter zum Direkteinstieg. Einzig etwas störend war die große Hauptbrücke. Durch das sehr heiße Wetter musste nan die ganze Nacht alles auflassen, der Autoverkehr stört kaum, aber die Morräder haben es ordentlich krachen lassen. Trotzdem war es ein schönet Urlaub. "I had a wonderful stay here, after a long motorcycle ride that started in Amsterdam. Being able to park my vehicle on the secured premises was one of the main reasons for choosing this accommodation, but luckily, everything else ended up being excellent too. The check-in went smoothly, thanks to the lovely staff. After settling in to my room, they helped me to find a restaurant in the village. What a beautiful little town! The room was cosy, quiet and clean, and breakfast was great. All in all I can highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place to stay."
