"Terrific location, couple of blocks from the train station. This is an older hotel, lobby is clearly quite old. But the upper floors have be all redone. The rooms are very modern and just beautiful. Five stars all the way."

"The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Front desk employees all spoke English. My only issue was I was lead to believe that the hotel was next to the train station and in walking distance. 30 minute walk with luggage is really not doable. Yet the hotel provided us with free bus tickets which were great for getting around the city "

"The location is closed to the main cable car station, just 3 mins walk. Very clean and comfortable. The design of the shower room is not very good, I have to put my clothes and towel outside the shower room otherwise all will get wet. I suggest the shower room should install a space for towel. The ski locker area is convenient but there is little bit dark and also the ski room is not as good as the signinahotel’s ski room. The price is little bit expensive because there no service and facility...
