"Nice clean, comfortable Condo managed by Waikiki Shore by Outrigger. When we arrived, we learned that the management desk had moved to be overseen by another Hotel (The Regency; 5 min walk away). Jacques checked us in - very professional and helpful. Went over all logistics of rental property. We had stayed here before - and it was nice to see the upgrade of the new elevators in the building. Condo was very clean, well kept and great view. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Hawaii."

"The condo is as pretty in person as it is in photos. Very clean, well appointed, and an incredibly memorable view of the marina and beach. It's in a great location too - walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The check-in and check-out process couldn't be more efficient. "Throughout the years, we've stayed at quite a few units at the Waikiki Banyan and this unit is by far the best! It's clean, has good furnishings, has everything you'd need during the stay (from bathroom, to kitchen to beach gear). It's obvious the owners care and ensure you have a good stay. It's apparent that they use the unit also and it's not a turn-key where no one cares that old, falling apart furniture is continued to be used. Added bonus is the fantastic view of DH! Mahalo!!!"

"Upon arrival to the unit we noticed the pocket sliding door was broken, one of the kids got locked in the bathroom.. We contacted the management and got shifted around a little then he told me he would see what he could do about some sort of compensation as they all knew about the broken bathroom door prior to our arrival and that it would take 2 days of labour to repair. "We very much enjoyed our stay and wished we’d had another couple of days. Everything met my expectations. My wife wasn’t sure she wanted to spend part of our vacation in a city atmosphere but once we arrived she quickly realized how much there was to do around us there. "This place was at an amazing location. We had a great view of the nearby beach as well as all of the surrounding buildings. I thought the space was fun and inviting, felt very much like our apartment at home. My only complaint was the bed. It was a very firm and I am someone who prefers a more plush bed. However, that is more a preference thing. Great overall and I appreciated the host’s responsiveness to messages."

"The spot was perfect for our family vacation for 10 people! We got 2 rooms right next to each other! With a mini kitchen and everything that we needed! Great location close to the beach! Private parking! The hotel was friendly with easy access to the laundry room and included pool, hot tub and a restaurant all in the hotel ! Great views! We loved it ! "Overall everything was great. I gave it a 4 because we paid for the week of parking and 3/5 days they oversold the parking so we had to park and pay at the zoo. Also bigger vehicles not a good idea as we couldn’t park one of our vehicles here at all due to height. We know for next time to get a smaller car too. But we paid for 5 days of parking and 3/5 days ended up paying somewhere else for parking. Property also didn’t fill our soaps and towels fully each time so we had to ask for...
