The property was clean, very comfortable and in a great location to walk into Solvang , I would highly recommend this hotel.

They did not have a non slip mat in the shower upstairs and I almost fell in the shower. When I was watching TV upstairs it kept turning off approximately every 5-10 minutes very annoying.

Honestly, it's the best hotel ever. Clean , comfy and everything is pretty new, interior and exterior designs are also amazing. It's better than hotels that I had ever been. My most favorite part is bathroom mirror which is pretty cool and modernized.

Never disappoints but attention to minor details
Quick stay here while visiting friends; stayed here before and it doesn't disappoint except....huge paint scratches by the door and some on the baseboard by the bathroom. It didn't really bother me but it's surprising that they'd let someone stay in this room without fixing it first. Good time to do it now since it is off-peak season. Property always pays attention to details but the scratches are a huge miss.

My stay at New Haven Inn was delightful. The cozy atmosphere, and clean rooms made for a comfortable experience. The complimentary bicycles were a fantastic addition to my stay at New Haven Inn. The location was convenient, and the amenities provided added to the overall satisfaction. I would highly recommend it for a pleasant stay.

my only gripe was the shower pressure was low and the conditioner provided was pretty terrible. the room was gorgeous and clean and slept 5 comfortably.

We enjoyed our one night stay in the two bedroom suite. It was an easy check-in process. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of street parking and walking distance to the main shopping street of Solvang.

Good location. Rooms at the front of the hotel will have noise from the road. The bed was comfy and generally the room okay--could use a new coat of paint and the small couch may be the most uncomfortable one I've ever encountered. But, we were there to be out and about--so this was a fine place.

Lovely inn in Solvang. Off of the main streets, but still easily walkable and more quiet! We had a suite that had a loft with king and full bath and another full bath downstairs with another bed and a pullout if needed! Would be great for a family! Rooms had fire pits! Would definitely recommend and stay again!
