"Enjoyed the large clean rooms as we were staying with other family members there also and it made it nice for visiting. Our shower floor was very squishy and I didn’t feel safe while using it as it moved and made some strange noises. The other family had a perfectly good solid shower floor. Our stay was for 5 nights and only once did we see housekeeping. I had to go down and request additional towels finally. The hotels location was perfect for all the activities we had planned and were within short driving distance. Lots of little restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was good. You could tell who was in the kitchen when you came down to eat. Some had very haphazardly put things out while others actually made it look very inviting. Waffles were only available for one day and that was a disappointment. "

"There were people in the hall knocking on doors asking for help. This was in the late hours of the evening. I tried to call the front desk in order to notify them but the phone in the room did not work. I called the front desk from my cell phone but did not get an answer. This lasted at least 15 minutes. It was upsetting. The remote control cover for the batteries was gone. The fan in the bath room did not work. It was hot in there after showering. Caused us to sweat There were coffee stains on the night table. I would not stay at this hotel again for the cost of the room. I will not recommend it to anyone. The room number was 447."

"The Valet was extremely nice and so were the front desk staff. The rooms are very dated for this price point. There is no mini fridge, microwave and no ice machines on the floors. The bartenders were nice, but the breakfast was expensive and lackluster compared to what’s offered at other hotels. The dining area was empty and I think the teenagers who checked us in also made our food. Staff 5/5 location 5/5 amenities 1/5"
