Helpful staff and a great location
We stayed here 2 years ago and came back this time for the first leg of our honeymoon. We booked a Junior Suite and while the room itself was great the view from it of the carpark was less so. As we had gone to Sitges for the sea this was a bit of a disappointment. Thankfully the helpful staff got us a transfer for the remainder of our stay to one of their standard sea view rooms which was perfect. We had a great time and were sad to leave, hoping to get back again one day.

Perfectly located
The hotel is perfectly located. Just opposite a nice beach and far enough away from the party hot spots. But with a short stroll of about 10 minutes along the beach, there's no wish for dinner, party or shopping left open. Staff at the venue is friendly and helpful and the property well maintained.

Great vacation spot
Great vacation spot right across from the beach! Very good breakfast buffet. Hotel was comfortable and the air conditioning worked really well. We enjoyed sitting by the pool too. Only complaint was that the pool could have been cleaner.

Quite nice neighbourhood
Staff were very helpfull the room comfortable with good AC and the breakfast was excellent with good selection. Overall hotel is dated and could use an upgrade but clean. Plenty of lounges on the property by the pool as well as on the beach.

Friendly staff makes visit enjoyable
This was our second visit. This trip was very short :-(. The hotel is a little way out of the centre of Sitges which means the beaches are not over crowded, and that walks along the promenade into the town are needed, and lovely. Hotel food is awesome.

Nice staff.
The outside needs a lick of paint as it looks very tired. The room had three single beds and whilst clean, was never worth what I paid for a two night stay without breakfast. I told the receptionist this when I paid. The pool was lovely and clean but they left a cleaning tool with trailing pipe in there for the entire morning of my only full day. Eventually we had to ask for it to be removed. It wasn't actually functioning at any time during that period. Overall it was a good experience but I wouldn't consider it value for money and on that basis I wouldn't stay there again unless it was cheaper.

Really enjoyed the stay such great staff. Breakfast was a bit boring day after day with money you charge it could be a bit more inspiring. I would suggest you made you bar snacks menu larger too Otherwise loved it

Lovely hotel in great loaction
It was my forth stay at the hotel as i love the location, pool and gardens. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms are looking dated and in need of some investment compared to others I have stayed in. I was as always disappointed with the breakfast as there is little choice and the cooked food is always cold, hence why we went elsewhere to eat. We did have lunch in the pool side restaurant which was lovely. I would reccommend the hotel to friends but advise room only.

Very nice hotel, great location, lovely garden and pool. Unfortunately, there was street work being done in front of the hotel that made some noise and dust, but that could not be stopped by hotel, was just unfortunate timing.

Nice view from the balcony
Had a wedding to go to in sitges so this hotel was ideal . Food at the pool finished early which was disappointing as my friend had just got his order in and we had to watch him enjoy it , Other than that no complaints .

April break
Sitges is quieter (and cheaper!) in late April, and the weather has been warm and sunny each time I have stayed there over the last five years. The beach promenade is great to stroll along, and there are plenty of shops and bars and excellent restaurants to visit in the town and the marina. If you are travelling as a small group, as we were, then it is well worth booking return transport from the airport to your hotel in Sitges, so avoiding the trains.

Nice hotel but pity its building infrastructure is so poor - the walls are so thin that you can hear everything in adjoining rooms, making a good nights sleep difficult.

Lovely family friendly hotel. Great location, next to beach. Quiet in evening, could just hear the sea! Rooms although spotlessly clean were a little dated and shabby for a 4* hotel - room for improvement here. Breakfast was average. The staff were friendly and helpful. My kids loved the pool and I loved the peace. Would recommend definately.

This is our third stay at this hotel and we like its amenities the lovely garden and pool and it's great location being sea front. On each of our stays I have requested high floor rooms, sea view etc and the hotel has always fulfilled our needs. The hotel is looking a little tired in places and some upgrading to the rooms could do with being carried out. We Non of the above would stop us returning though we love the hotel and its helpful and friendly staff. When ever we have stayed the hotel guests all appear mature which we like. No noisy teenagers and children running wild!

Absolutely fabulous hotel.
In general exceeded expectations, great pool, pool bar and staff fantastic, rooms were very clean and comfortable, cleaning staff work very hard and do a great job. Only one factor that I feel could be improved upon is the pool side food, a little more choice, salads etc.... Will stay again.

Fantastic room overlooking the Ocean
Loved our room overlooking the pool and could watch the surfers out on the sea. Wonderful walk down the promenade to the town centre. Nice rooms, we'll kept with all the amenities you need. Also secure free parking. Wish we could have stayed longer

I booked and paid for a sea view room. I didn't check in until midnight and they had a room at the back of the hotel for me with no view. This was rectified the following morning. The staff where apologetic and helpful and they gave us free breakfast for the 4 days.

Wonderful hotel suite with our own private balcony looking out to the sea. Simply gorgeous. Our best hotel room of our holiday. Loved walks along the sea wall to the old historic town. Look forward to returning.

This is a resort kind of hotel,away from the stirp
The stay was good. Rooms are small. Definitely not american size Best Western room or room door for that matter. Breakfast not included and expensive but definitely worse the money. Enjoyed breakfast every morning. Overall - good deal.

The lift was very small so if you had a lot of luggage and it was a busy time it would difficult to get everything and everyone upstairs the elderly would have to wait.My wife is in a wheelchair I had to take the door to the bathroom off and the pushrails of the wheels to get her in. Not wheelchair friendly!

Good value for price paid, more a 3 star hotel. Room was clean, looked onto the sea in a quiet end of the promenade. 10/15 min flat walk to centre. Breakfast was buffet, the food which should have been hot was warm/cold. Plenty of breakfast choices. Tea/ coffee was self serve in the lounge area.

Wonderful hotel, shame facilities were closed.
We knew they were going to be closed, to their credit hotel let us drink our bottles of wine in their lounge and even provided a bottle of cava for us on Christmas Eve. All credit to the hotel, would love to go in summer

Good hotel in great location.
All the staff were really helpful. Parking on site was a plus with an easy 10 min walk along the beach front to the old town. We enjoyed being able to have a drink on our own balcony with a view of the sea. Two good double beds together made for a good nights sleep. Free coffee and tea in reception was very welcome. Good Wifi. Overall this was a very enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay there again.

Staff generally friendly and helpful, hotel very well maintained. Nice to be a little distance away from the hustle and bustle. lovely pool area. Only downside was the shower - shower door did not fit well and so a lot of water spilled out onto floor. we had to request extra towels to block the gap!!

Great beach front hotel
This is a comfortable, convenient hotel right on the boardwalk/beach in Sitges. The beach is family friendly (although there is a lot of topless sunbathing) and very pleasant. The beach is sheltered by a breakwater so the water doesn't get too rough. Some of the beaches nearer to the city center (a 15 minute walk) are centers of the gay scene and probably not as family friendly. The MonBus from the Barcelona airport drops off 5 blocks away. There is a city bus in front of the hotel. The breakfast is really good although it was not included in our rate. The onsite restaurant by the pool is good, although pretty pricey for a family of five. The rooms are a nice size and were clean. The beds are very firm. Each room has an outdoor balcony - one of our rooms had a very nice balcony. The city center was a really nice surprise - it's an old town with winding, narrow pedestrian only streets.
