We understand that this may be an inconvenience but we are limited to the amount of hours breakfast items can be out at a time, which sets our breakfast hours from 6 am to 9 am in hopes to accommodate the majority of our guests. Cassie, we apologize that you were not able to utilize the Netlifx or other streaming services. We do not have that feature available to guests at our property but guests can stream from their phones and connect to the TV. I understand the frustration with the elevator being slow, we only have one elevator for all guests so when we are full that can take more time than usual as many guests are utilizing the hotel often throughout the day. Please let us know if we can help make your future stay more comfortable.
