Stayed here travelling through to and from Germany. Room and bed was comfortable, there was no hot food available in the evenings, there was is a small bar with a reasonable stock of bottled beers, although the wine choice was very limited The car park private but not secure in front of the hotel.

Great and convenience
Great and well located hotel. We only take one night to continue to Brussels, so this was perfect to us. Parking at the hotel with no charge so if you have this plus.

The room is not as clean as I expect. There is squeezing sound close to my unit at midnight. It sounds very similar to someone entered my room. I tried to talked to the person who entered my room, but I could not fully wake up. I eventually slept 5 hours only with disturbance. The blanket doesn’t seem to be very clean either.

The hotel is located at a stop by highway. Nothing but just a stop and rest hotel unless you rent a car and drive around Brussel. Need to call for cab when heading out or going back. Transport issue, other than than, they are good

Did not live up to the Best Western brand; had to change rooms initially as there was a foul smell in the bathroom, asked for a non-accessible room as partner is 6 ft 7 and couldn't fit under the shower but was ignored and given a second accessible room. No towels, cigarette burns on the bedding, hair on bathroom floor. No security lock on the bedroom door, paper thin walls on adjoining rooms with strangers so consistently disturbed, and a cat roaming the hotel!

Stayed short term in this utilitarian highway stop hotel (next to only a service station) a few times. There’s not very much on offer and I think their additional breakfast is not the best value option.. but it’s clean, predictable and on the modern side of things. Would book again.

Stayed here for 9 nights while working around the Brussels area & the location was ideal for work purposes, but not so much for a wonder around in the evening to grab anything to eat. Being situated on the motorway, you could easily go in either direction without having to mess around driving up to the next junction, but equally by being on a motorway it meant a car journey to go anywhere for food as the menu options at the hotel are limited. There is a shop in the services which sells pastries & sandwiches but after a days work that didn't always cut it. As a hotel though, it was everything you could ask for & despite being situated next to a motorway you couldn't hear any traffic. The hotel is practically brand new, has good Wifi within the room, a comfortable bed, free parking (which is difficult to find around Brussels), nice shower & toilet facilities & good television with good selection of channels including BBC One & Two. All the reception staff were polite & spoke English, which was a help as my French/Flemish language skills are barely non existent! The only thing which slightly disappointed me was that there was a laundry bag in the room, and the in room welcome book stated it has a laundry service, but when I asked about it I was told there is no laundry service. This shouldn't put you off the hotel though, as it only really affected me after I went for a run to the castle nearby in Beersel (definitely worth a visit) & fancied washing my running gear!

This hotel does not deserve to be branded as Best Western. Rooms are very dirty, sheets were dirty as well. Outside of the hotel is dark without lights and it is quite unpleasant to be there.

The staff was prompt and friendly, the downstairs lobby was funky colored and upbeat! The breakfast looked pretty good although we did not have it that day. The room is very clean but it’s so straight forward and to the point that feels very sterile. The bathroom is one stop shopping if you will, the sink, toilet and shower are all one unit. No dividers just one room with it all. I would rather have clean than not clean, so happy there! It was just so straight forward in it’s design it felt a little institutional.. the price was right and because it was an easy stay, we would come again. The room design is just a little odd.

Overnight near Brussels
Stayed overnight on way to Dunkirk. Hotel is on motorway and at peak hours, traffic in the area is heavy. Rooms comfortable and overall reasonable value. Breakfast okay but nothing to write about. Ours was hampered by a coach party who were like locusts so we had to wait for things to be replaced and there were queues for everything.

Hotel looks like Jail/ prison. Toitlet shower area water was coming out whike you take shower. Bed was so small even twins bed were bigger and better. No carpet on whole area felt cold. Well we did not like it.

On arrival bathroom towels were dirty Non slip mat for the shower was stored in the sliding coat cupboard in the main room and not found until we vacated the room - should be stored by the shower.

I stayed here for one night on a short trip through Brussels and visiting the brewery 3 Fonteninen which is located just a couple miles away. Very clean and comfortable room with a very friendly staff. Just what I needed for an affordable overnight stay. Do yourself a favor and if you stay in the area, visit the 3 Fonteinen Restaurant.

Best western just as you would expect.
Last minute booking late at night as we travel around Europe visiting all the Christmas markets we can in a few days. As expected the room was a reasonable size and comfortable.

Big suburban highway hotel with super tiny rooms.
We booked this hotel last minute because for those two nights everything else in Brussels was either sold out or ridiculously expensive like 300-400 euros a night for a hotel thats normally 80-120. Anyway we paid almost 100 euros at the best western but were sorely disappointed. Firstly, the rooms are tiny, really tiny for a hotel with all the space being built on a highway in the middle of nowhere, i really don't understand why they were so cheap on the room sizes? Next the beds were horrible, really uncomfortable, and we didnt sleep properly even one night. The bathrooms were again tiny, the room was actually so small that we couldnt even move around and could only stay in bed. There was no mini bar or small fridge in the room where we could keep a youghurt and some water. There was no clean drinking water provided. We booked a superior room and were charged for a superior room but put into a standard room, upon questioning the receptionist we were told thats all rooms - superior or standard are the same size but I dont know why then we were charged 30 euros more per night for a superior room? The guy said only difference between a standard and superior room is that a superior room has a tea / coffee making kettle which he handed to us anyway. Overall its a terrible hotel, super tiny rooms, no service at all and overpriced for what they offer at such a location in the middle of nowhere. It was a very uncomfortably stay and we would never go back.
