Our interaction with the staff (reception, restaurant and maintenance) was great. The facilities are good, but as they are older, they need attention. Pool area is highlight of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was perfect for the time we were there.

There is a lot to like about this hotel but we moved rather than staying on because the bed was rock hard, there were no bedside lamps, we tried to get an extra 2 pillows & they only had one. It feels like money has understandably been tight & needs to be spent. We adored the garden, staff, pool area & restaurant; these are really outstanding

The rooms are lovely. The pool area, tranquil. The service was - without question - the worst experience I've had in one full year of travel across 5 continents. Every request - even those allegedly included per Expedia - seemed to be greeted with a "no." I left three days early not because the hotel wasn't beautiful, but because the service was unwelcoming and unaccommodating. "Because of the pandemic..." was never used so much in the many other hotels I've stayed in during this difficult time. Final comment - the location is remote and the hotel claims to have shuttle service. They do not.

This property is a beautiful hideaway that's an easy tuktuk ride into the main hub and markets. Spacious and well decorated rooms, with everything you need. Lovely balconies overlooking the pool and bar. The pool is great for relaxing and cooling off. Cheap but delicious cocktails can be had at the swim up bar. Breakfast was a great daily feast too! Would stay again!

Great hotel
Great hotel. The breakfast was okay but the staff and service was very nice. Their pool is very nice as well. The hotel is Not in walking distance to Siem Reap city center, but a tuk tuk only costs 1.5 dollars.

Great boutique hotel!
The staff was really great! The hotel checked us in early without any problem. The pool was a good respite from the heat after visiting all the temples. A bit far from the airport but they offer free tuktuk ride to and from the airport which is convenient. Would definitely come back if given a chance!

The staff is friendly, professional and grateful to work here, which speaks well of the management, and explains their attitudes. They try hard to please, it’s probably the best things about the place. The food service is excellent and the neighborhood is relatively quiet. The garden and pool are beautiful.

stayed at this hotel and the experience was great. The hotel has a very good location for visiting the city and also about 20 min to get to Angkor. At the hotel everything was very nice, the room was very clean, the food at the restaurant was very tasty and the amenities are also very good. Great pool area to relax with a pool bar and quiet, far from the noisy city center. Good size room with a good view of the swimming pool. Super friendly and helpful staff. the breakfast set menu was also fabulous. We enjoyed every moment there. I will come to stay here again next time.

Very convenient service
The hotel staff is very friendly and makes useful suggestions for the travel plan. check in also found that the bed with the name of the leaves, it is very pleasant. The pool was lovely and comfortable and have a great evening there.

Good value, great experiences!
it is really good value for what you pay. Clean and not far from the city center. The rooms are big enough for 2 people and look nice. We had a pool view which was a very nice treat by upgrading us to this room, really tired after full day Angkor visit but we got a swimming pool to relax with saltwater. I think that’s something to enjoy.

very well decorated and has a very nice pool, the rooms were spacious and lovingly decorated for our arrival. They free pick up from the airport. The private Tuk Tuk rides offered by the hotel to explore the temples and surrounding at a very good price.

The rooms were very spacious and perfectly clean. The staff was amazing and helped us out in every way. We had already checked out but the staff let us to use a room for taking a shower before we were going to the Airport at no cost. Recommend their services!

I also worked in the hospitality industry and I am more than impressed with the level of service and professionalism of the staff at Residence Indochine. the facilities are great!!! I strongly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Siem Reap. On the other hand, the location is a little bit far from the center. But it definitely good night sleep and avoid the chaos of the center noises at night.

I really like my room. Just about everything in the room clean. The couches and chair covers were pretty. I liked the transportation to and from the airport, the driver was so nice. I also found it helpful that there were tuk-tuk drivers outside during the day to take me where I needed to go at any time.

Highly recommend this hotel, can't really fault it
The reception always great. Great restaurants with plenty of choices. Nice bar at pool area. room was great with lots of space. great stay, we will be back!

Free tuk-tuk to the airport was Perfect! Staff were very friendly and approachable. Really lovely place to stay. Room was gorgeous and added a cute touch with flowers and name on the bed. air con was great. The pool was really nice.

Lovely pool, comfy, very nice to sit round and quiet. Room was very light and liked the big window. Hotel was much better than expected.
