Hidden Hotel
The hotel is not very clean and has an ant infestation. Placed a bath mat on the floor and it was covered in mud when I put it up to dry. There were ants all through my make up as well as the counter tops and floor !!!! Truely and awful experience.

Not worth it.
Hotel is at the end of a dirt road. There are loud barking dogs outside that will not let you sleep at night. AC in the room is very low & does not keep the room cool enough to be comfortable. There are a ton of mosquitoes in the room that bit me within the first 5 minutes of my stay in the room. I stayed for about 10 minutes before I decided to leave & find another Hotel to stay at. Hotel is cheap but it is definitely not worth the savings. Spare yourself & book at another hotel.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable, the beds were great, staff is fantastic. Unfortunately the barking and fighting dogs at night were bothersome and you will need to take a tuk tuk to get to the market.

Good value for money
Pros: My room had a huge balcony with a bath tub. Big clean room with a big toilet /rain shower. Good air con and cable channels Great breakfast with four choices. Asian, American, continental and egg. Free tuk tuk after six pm Nice pool and staff Cons. The location is a little far from town but I don't like the crowd and noise so it was really relaxing.

Amazing
Our stay at the Kiri residence was amazing! The staff couldn't do enough for us, the service was great and the food was lovely! Our tuk tuk driver Saeb made our stay enjoyable, he took us on a tour around the temples which the hotel arranged which made it so much easier! He even took us shopping one day and waited until we had finished, all with a smile!!

Could be great but...
Check in day, I waited several hours for my room to be ready. Then I was told the room was on the 5th floor, no elevators. So steep stairs, no choice. The hotel is located inside one of the smaller streets so without a taxi or tricycle service it would have proven difficult to get around, but good thing I had a taxi service throughout my stay. Service was a bit spotty, sometimes it was good and efficient and sometimes it seemed very unprofessional and slow. I'd like to add though that for the most part the staff seemed willing to help. The room itself was a pleasant surprise, after the staff worked out how to turn on the outside tub without it draining constantly, it was nice and relaxing. Aircon was a bit old and ineffective. Overall, it wasn't a bad stay but I probably would not stay there again unless they made some significant improvement.

*5 stars for the food, hotel staffs and location. Really nice food for a small hotel, they also serves room-in even late night. Not so promising experiences are: -changed our room to a double bed instead of 1 queen bed -clogged toilet bowl -forgot to fetch us from bus station, booking includes free transport, BUT they pay for our tuktuk fare.

Very old building. Not as shown in the pictures.
I paid for a Single person but I had room mates of Lizards, Mosquitoes, Frogs etc. Very old building. Staff don't understand English and say Ok, Ok... for anything, Not clean. Tooth brush, paste soap provided were the CHEAPEAST with no brand name or any label (Tooth paste(green color) photo attached). Every day kept 2 tea bags in the room which was open without even a cover, Things around are very cheap items. It was a real humiliation as if it is for free!!!. Even if it is for free, cannot be so cheap. Staff confirmed something next day when discussed with the owner told me that she will confirm with the staff and later told me there was no such discussion at all and lied (but the staff had already recorded our conversation in their Register) I did not tell her to check the Register, just to save the staff from her. Cheap break fast. Towels with Holes (photo)/dirty. I will NOT AT ALL recommend anyone to stay in KIRI, NO VALUE FOR THE MONEY, CHEAPEST PLACE.

Decent hotel, but has its problems
This hotel is a bit off the main road and you can't get a taxi from the hotel later in the evening or throughout the night. It's also very loud as the rooms are not soundproof at all and there are dogs barking all night long. We also had a lot of mosquitoes in our room on the ground floor. On the plus side, it's a decent price, the rooms are nice and the garden outside is beautiful. Not sure that I would stay here again though.

Incredible Value and friendliest staff- hidden gem
Great hotel, service was incredible and unexpected for the low price. They helped me plan my temple trips, dinners, etc. only comment would be that the house next door was somewhat loud, but in Asia that's not uncommon, and TV didn't have any channels- but I wasn't there to watch Tv, so that wasn't an issue for me. I would stay here again for sure- incredible value, spacious room, nice new bathrooms too!

Hotel is nice for its price. Hotel staff is very kind, they allow us to take shower at 7PM even if we checked out 2PM. Food is also excellent (referring to the dinner order). Its just not in the town so its difficult to get a tuk tuk outside the Inn

If the residence is off center in a very quite side road from the main Airport Road going into the city it is only 5 mns away by tchuk tckuk ($3) from center-city and the old market. The price is right for this budget hotel who is very well kept surrounded by green plants and a swimming pool. Large bedroom, large bathroom and even a huge bath tub and shower on the very big corner balcony. No unpleasant odors. Well air-conditioned and a flat TV screen. The internet works- sometimes a bit slow like anywhere else in Siem Reap. The staff is always very helpful and pleasant. Highly recommended.

A lovely room and great service for a good price
The reception staff members are commendable. They're friendly, attentive and communicate well. I like the interior design of my room and the appeal of the theme of the toilet and bathroom.

Free tuk tuks to the city every couple hours. Only a $2 tuk tuk return trip. For the price, the amenities are probably not the best around. This is made up for by the most helpful hotel staff that are at reception 24 hours.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 11 days in August and enjoyed our stay. The room had a big granted bathroom and a 4 poster bed. The breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful. We used a hotel tuktuk to see a number of the temples and thought the price was reasonable. We would stay at this hotel again.

Conquering the temples- Cambodian style
Our reason to visit Siem Reap was to see Angkor Wat etc The hotel staff helped us with booking drivers etc, they were very helpful and always smiling! Room was spacious and clean the hotel's location is a bit away from thw hustle and bustle of city life, which suited us, but they also have a number of free 1 way tuk tuks which will brimg you into the markets etc. On our last day we were hanging around for a night bus the day we were checking out, they minded our bags, helped us with our bags and ordered us a Tuk Tuk when we had to go. Fantastic people and a lovely swimming pool too.

Maybe nice once but not now
If had not paid in advance - I would not have paid at all. Awful experience - room dirty - only Cambodian TV - no mini bar or drink available on site - breakfast joke. No milk for tea or coffee - no juice only water. No butter for cold soggy toast and only one egg in building no bacon no ham no sausage - nothing - just a 'sorry new owners' speach. Could have got 2 nights at better hotel closer to town for same price Very disappointed Want money back

Nice hotel on a calm street
This hotel is a little out of town, which we appreciated as it was very calm. The staff is really dedicated and it is great to have a swimming pool to cool down

Very nice hotel close to the Center
I would highly recommend this hotel, based in a quite place and not fat from the Center. The hotel is very clean the staff very helpful and beaks set is good with many choices.

Great Three Day Stay
We had a wonderful three day stay at Green Boutique and Spa. The room was perfect - spacious with a balcony and good shower ( let the water run for several minutes to get hot). The service was exemplary, everyone went out of their way to be helpful. Located in a quiet setting, it was a short tuk tuk ride to Pub Street and the Night Market. We'd recommend this hotel without reservation.

Termites, Bed Bugs and a Forged Receipt
Pros - Tuk tuk driver outside, costs about $3 to pub street - tours are easily arranged through the hotel to the temples, floating village etc ($15 per day) - staff generally very helpful - Hotel is very well designed, rooms look beautiful Cons - First room had termites (making a lot of noise) and bed bugs (we pulled back the sheets and they were crawling on the mattress), staff upgraded us and the new room had less bed bugs than the first but still had them. We decided to stay as after 4 weeks of travelling we just wanted to relax but on the last leg of our trip had to put all our clothes in the dryer to kill any bed bugs that might have hitched a ride with us (at a cost of $25) - behind the bed there were loads of dead bugs that had obviously been sprayed but not swept up - Sheets not changed - dogs barking all night - in our room there was a receipt for the mini bar dated 3rd January 2016 that was obviously there before we got there (we stayed the first week of Feb). When we checked out they tried to charge us using this receipt but had changed the date on the copy receipt (it was written in black whilst the rest was in blue). We queried this and they took a long time to sort it out (we had a plane to catch and had to ask them to hurry up several times). The receipt had been forged by the guy at reception and nobody took responsibility for it. We obviously didn't pay as it wasn't ours and the manager hid in his office and did not apologise. Absolutely appalling service

Great stay
I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff is great. The hotel is really unique and very peaceful. It is a 5 min tuk tuk ride to the popular nightlife area or a 25 min walk. The room service food was pretty good. The only negative thing was even though I followed their instructions and I sent my information and called ahead of time they forgot to pick me up from the airport. Also the tuk tuk prices organized by the hotel is really high compared to the actual prices. Overall I would recommend staying at this hotel.

A little gem
This is excellently located for the temples and nightlife, quietly tucked away so out of the noise. We received such a warm welcome and the staff could not be more helpful. There is a pool which is such a joy after the heat of the temples.

We had a great experience here. The hotel was at the perfect location, a short bike ride from Angkor Wat and a quick tuk tuk to pub street. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Would definetly stay there again and recommend it to my friends.

Honeymoon Retreat
We LOVE the hotel staff at Green Boutique. This little gem truly is a boutique hotel, situated outside of the main city area, you are about 10 minutes tuktuk drive from shops and restaurants. The staff is extremely accommodating as they offered to pickup/dropoff from the airport. Upon checking in, we learned that the hotel is about 6 months old so they haven't rented out at full capacity yet. Because of this, you can expect top notch service. The pool is perfect after a hot day of touring temples and they also offer free tuktuk service. The best part was they upgraded our room after finding out it was our honeymoon. Thank you Green Boutique Hotel!

good for first time
Great staff but location is not the best. There is a ealry morning noise from close by temple where you can hear the speech and dogs barking. Can be an issue for your peaceful sleep. But staff is friendly and rooms are nice and clean.

Green Boutique Hotel, you know what your getting. bathroom on the big side but perfectly functional, free WIFI, free use of computers in the business center in the foyer. Great choice for breakfast with coffee available. Outside table & chairs for us smokers. Situated close to attractions. Poolside small but cute and wonderful enjoy swimming with fast food.

Vi ankom til hotellet ig fik at vide at det var under ombygning, så vi ville blive flyttet til et andet. Vi bookede to dage før, så det vidste de jo godt der og kunne dermed have oplyst det i stedet for at lade os booke.

Great guesthouse with super friendly staff
We really enjoyed our stay there. Sooo nice staff, caring and helpful, nice and big rooms, and realy nice and green outdoor area. restaurant ther prepare very good food, nice pool with service, possibility to book massgaes or tours, free 1 way-shuttle service to night market, in quiet area but just a short tuktuk ride to centre.
