Quite with a nice pool
Front desk could not find our reservation so we had to double pay. Thankfully the price per night was inexpensive so it didn't break the bank. Hotel charges 20 US dollars for transport to airport. We got a tuktuk for $6. Front desk doesn't speak English very well so it was hard for us to get information. We expected this in Cambodia but just an FYI. Beds were comfortable and room was spacious. We took a tuktuk to Pub Street for $2 on a tuktuk. Pool was very nice.

Good place to stay at Siem Riep
I stayed at Kiri Boutique hotel for 5 days in February and I had a good experience, the room was big and the bed was comfortable. I ordered room service few times as the food was tasty and the service size was big. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was very friendly. At reception I was able to organise and book activities and the staff was always keen to help.

It’s ok!
Nice spot to relax but a bit far from the center. That’s ok! It’s quiet and tuk tuks are cheap. Stayed in 2 different rooms, both clean but one needed a little fresh paint and air. Smelled like mildew. The staff are great, the pool is splendid and the food good enough. I recommend it if you want to be away from the chaos and don’t mind the inconvenience.

Id recommend this hotel to everone. It's small and quaint and therefore the staff are able to attend to your every need. They do this with enthusiasm and a friendly nature. I enjoyed every minute there.

Quiet location in a busy town
We loved the Kiri for the quiet and the price and the people. We are traveling with kids, so it was great to have our own oasis to withdraw to after a day of temples and navigating the dusty roads of Siem Reap. It's not a 5 star facility, but I felt like we got great accommodations for the price. The pool closes at 9 pm, so night time is very quiet.

Loved this place, off the path but not too far!
Where to begin? Love the staff! Extremely accomodating. Ask for Mr. San or ask anyone, they'll get you anything you need no matter the hour. I enjoyed the room service, the bar, the pool, the laundry, the free (menu ordering, not buffet) breakfast, and the ready tuk-tuk's (the taxi's) outside the wall. Once inside the hotel you feel secure and well cared for. Confused about something? Just ask any of the staff. Forgot that weird battery? Tell the desk, they'll have it for you in an hour. Want something to eat at 3am? Just call down and ask. Best air conditioning in all of Cambodia! Rooms were very clean, and well stocked. The rooms have a safe, tv (with several language channels), plenty of towels, amenities, and a mini-bar. Kids spent hours in the pool. Shops are a 5-minute ride away ($2 to $3 anywhere in the city). Airport is also $3 but it's up to you. Pub Street (nightlife, shops, and all the safe restaurants) are also 5-minutes away. Ask the staff to arrange your temple trips, helicopter flights, elephant rides, or anything else. They can get busses, cars, tuk-tuks, or even single mopeds. This place is surrounded its own wall and access is restricted. You won't be bothered! We felt safe spending a long day out at the temples knowing our gear was safe and sound. Love that this place is not on the very busy highway like many other hotels are. Will be back for sure!

The hotel overall is good however be very careful of the services you use.a french couple were charged 15 for an 8 dollar bus ride. My 15 dollar Ankor trip became 45 dollars once it was over due to there dishonest tuk tuk driver and because I placed my free water into the fridge they tried to charge me 1 dollar 50 per bottle so once again be aware of all additional pricing.

Breakfast was same same - small with only a selection of 3 dishes. Staff's English very limited. Paid for fees which we were not informed about plus the staff was very demanding these fees to be paid immediately. Room service non existent as phone did not work. Did not get rooms paid for nor did Staff make a effort to correct this mistake. If this was Fawlty Towers you could laugh - but I could not believe the incompetence & I could not & will not recommend this hotel to Basil, Manuel etc etc

I enjoyed my stay at the Kiri Boutique Hotel. The staff were most polite, spoke good English and always willing to help out. The manager also was very quick to reply to any emails regarding the queries I had over the airport transfers. There was indeed someone waiting for me when I arrived. Room was comfortable and clean.

Wow! This hotel was just perfect the room was clean comfy and peaceful. The staff was extrodonary they went above and beyond helping us. The location of the hotel was great close to all the important sites. We even stayed another night having already paid for another hotel! I would stay here again.

We had a great stay, unfortunately a bit short. We highly recommend Kiri boutique hotel: It's a great small scale place, and thus quite personalized, Staff very friendly, attentive, and discreet.Rooms are super comfortable: spacious, very clean and uncluttered. All rooms overlook the pool, but if you want privacy without the curtains closed, it is better to stay on the first floor- we recommend #219 - last room on the first floor. Related services were very generous: free airport transfer, free bicycles, free ride to town between 6 and 10pm, and happy hour between 5pm and 7pm (buy 2 cocktails, get one free. Great value for money, specially if you book through hotels.com

Amazing
My partner and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It was a little far from everything resulting to a quiet neighbourhood. Everyone was very friendly especially the workers but food took a while to make. Other than that we had an amazing experience and would recommend it if you're looking for a quiet surrounding !!

Fantastic Hotel
Kiri Hotel was a lovely place to stay, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spotlessly clean and the pool was lovely, very clean and most welcome after a long day out visiting the temples.

a quiet place just outside of
stayed at the kiri for a couple of nights. it was in a quiet neighborhood that you need a tuktuk in order to get to the old market and pub street. the staff was very helpful. overall, if you are looking for a good value on a quiet street, then kiri is a good option.

Rooms were very clean and quiet, pool was wonderful to relax in. Staff at the reception were most helpful with booking trips and bus tickets. The breakfast was good. We were met at the bus station on arrival and that was most helpful. We were able to walk into the downtown area in 15minutes, but the street was very dusty and had road repairs on it. We wee able to use bicycles supplied by the hotel which was great for a trip to Tonle Sap lake area

Recently stayed here for 4 day, nice & cozzy, very helpfull staff, good english, easily located (10 minutes by tuk tuk) to the main part of town. Would stay there again! Take plenty of NEW dollar bills as almost everything is payed in US$ ,no need to change to local currency

Nice Hotel - Poor Location
Kiri Boutique Hotel is further from Siem Reap than suggested by the web site. The fact that much of the road from the city centre has been dug up does not help. The hotel itself is very pleasant once inside the walled compound, Very good swimming pool. The staff are polite and helpful, but distant. Our room overlooked the pool. Could not fault the room, but for the lack of hot water. What ever the time of day or for how long the water was run, hot water was not available. This hotel should seriously consider bathroom electric water heaters. Very good buffet breakfast.

I really enjoyed my stay at Kiri Boutique. The hotel is a bit out of town but there are always Tuktuk's right out front all hours to bring you anywhere you want to go. To Pub street or anywhere downtown was only $1 for up to 4 people at a time. To the airport is $7. The food at Kiri was decent, but there drinks (both Alcoholic and fresh juices) were AMAZING and priced under $3. The staff was always friendly and helpful, though very few knew English. The pool was nice and refreshing. Very comfortable bed, and best shower I've experienced in Asia, hot water and great water pressure. Overall, I would say this is an excellent hotel, the only thing that kept me from giving it a 5 is the location and wi-fi was free but very slow and at times didn't work at all.

The Kiri Boutique was excellent accommodation. The bed was just right, the air con was very effective, there was lots of hot water and the room was very clean. Upstairs there is a roof top restaurant with a great view, good menu and friendly staff. Breakfast is included. The beautiful salt water pool is a welcome relief after hours of touring temples. The friendly tuk tuk drivers can be booked at reception for economical tours. The friendly and helpful staff are a credit to the hotel; the cute and always smiling front office receptionist is a gem!

Perfect Stay
Kiri Boutique has a good location, great amenities and clean rooms. But what sets it apart is the excellent service from all staff in the hotel. Their English is pretty good and their attitude is absolutely great. You will really feel like they are taking care of you and looking out for your best interests. Can't say enough about this place. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Right in the heart of nowhere
From the airport a taxi will charge you several dollars extra because the hotel is "not in town." The hotel is hidden down a narrow dirt path, and NO local drivers know its name or location. You can show them a map, and it doesn't help. The hotel tuk tuk is a cheap way into town, but getting back is painful. IF you are lucky enough to get a tuk tuk to say they can take you, at some point they will pull over and ask for twice as much money, and confess they still have no clue where the place is. Get used to everyone in Cambodia asking your name and where you are from, standing three inches from you, and shaking your hand non stop. The people at this hotel are pretty silly, but friendly and mean well...so you can forgive how annoying they are. We arranged a 1 day Angkor Wat tour at the hotel for a better deal than you would likely get out on the town trying your luck with the tuk tuk mafia. This hotel is nice enough, had a decent pool, hard beds, but stuff functioned well. The downside is the location. You really have to get a ride into town, and there is nothing nearby except the local trappings of a developing country. The "grocery store" about 500 meters away has cold drinks and some really slow, but palatable food. The hotel breakfast was small, poor quality, and not flexible. It was one of those set menu type deals, and the eggs were runny, hot dogs of the lowest grade, etc. Could hardly eat it. Got the Asian set the second day, and it was just too small. We had to supplement our diet with food we'd brought from home.

we were in cambodia for 4 days and we enjoyed our stay at kiri boutique hotel.The rooms were clean.The small pool was enjoyable especially with a five year old who enjoyed frolicking in the water after a day's visit to the temples.The staff was pleasant and helpful.The food was okay.

The hotel is a nice new establishment outside the main town area. The rooms are basic but clean and come with all the necessary amenities. The pool is salt water treated which is excellent. The service is above average - they surprised me and my wife with a bottle of wine and rose decorations in the room on our first night. The owner and manager were accommodating and helped us arrange a refund for our friends rooms when they missed their flight and could not come and stay the first night. The access road to the hotel is very bad and needs improvement and the location of the hotel is rather far from the action. However, all in all, I would recommend kiri boutique hotel.

Hotel room was spacious, clean and nicely done with king size bed. Hotel staff was courteous, helpful and friendly. Breakfast of American, Continental or Asian type was OK although on our last day the breakfast was a bit of a let-down as it was not ready at 6 am when it was supposed to as we had an early flight to catch. Location was not great as you had to go through a bumpy dirt road to get there and is quite far from the town. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Worth the money we paid for.

We arrived at the Kiri Boutique and they said they would have to send us to another hotel. We asked for an explanation and they gave us none. We then went to another hotel and only found out that it was on the same network and much farther from the center. We then ask for the value of everyday transportation to and from the center. It's just that this solitaire has not been answered. Then we refuse to stay the. We asked for another hotel. After much waiting they said they had found another hotel next door. Arriving at hitel we discovered that we were not the first guests that Kiri Boutique sent to the hotel Ombra Hotel. They had an agreement between them, that is, they acted all the time in bad faith. Ombra Hotel has an excellent swimming pool but the cleanliness and the carelessness, the staff's relaxation is horrible. Unsatisfactory breakfast.

Muy recomendable
El hotel es muy bueno, personal muy amable y dispuesto, las habitaciones limpias y cómodas, la pileta muy bien. La única desventaja, depende de cómo se lo mire ya que es muy tranquilo, es que está un tanto alejado del centro, aunque en tuk tuk son solo 5 minutos. Lo recomendaría.
