“Good Service, Poor Cleanliness”

We arrived and were greeted by a great service staff. When we retired to our room for the night after a long day of travel and wedding preparations, we found cracker crumbs in one of the beds. Had we not been so tired we would have asked for housekeeping or a different room. Then the last morning of our stay, there were no coffee cups in the room for the in room coffee maker. Not a "bad" place, just nlacking in the "details" of helping guests have a favorable experience. We will probably not go back and will find another option when in the area next time.

“Convenient”

This hotel was exactly what we expected. It's DIRECTLY off the highway, so it was extremely convenient as an overnight stay for our roadtrip. For the same price as several other hotels in the area, it also offered a water slide and free cookies and continental breakfast. The staff was sweet and the place was clean and classier than we expected.

“Nice stay at the Country Inn”

Nice hotel, clean room, comfortable bed. I only have two complaints: Upgrade the TV service, they have HD TV's but no HD signal. I had a room facing a busy road. There was some noise, just had to keep the window closed. I would go back again though.

“Perfect Family Flophouse”

We enjoyed the centrally located hotel to the wedding and family functions. It was perfect.

Area recommendations
Mall of America was a hit for everyone. It is a destination in itself.
