The location and also the fact it's part of a church makes the most of the accommodation. The room itself was just beds and a wardrobe, I would have appreciated at least a table and a chair. The owners were friendly, I wish to speak better Spanish so I could ask them about history of the building etc

Stressful Stay
This property has the potential to be a really quaint place to stay, but I think the family's management actually lives here, which is problematic because there was a crying baby allowed in the lobby (i.e. the sound traveled everywhere) late at night. Additionally, nobody spoken English even though the listing advertises that English is spoken; this wouldn't be a problem, but the staff doesn't make attempts to communicate through Google Translate and it's unpleasant just being "talked at". You're also not allowed to take the room/hotel key, so you have to buzz to enter and collect the key from the front desk every time you come in. Truthfully, I didn't have any problems with this process, but it wasn't the most convenient. On a final note: the light in my room (8) would not shut off completely, which I think is indicative of the condition of the property as a whole - problematic in little, but still very noticeable, ways. The location was excellent, but I would personally not stay at the property again and warn anyone I knew staying at it to brace themselves for potential frustration.

Cockroach Ants Pee Smell Mold -Don't Stay there
The pictures of the hotel was great and it had seemed like a great place to stay for a while but when we went in our room, it was musty and smelled moldy, if you go there to stay for a night and it rains, the rain will seep through the wall! The bed we slept in also smelled like pee, there was hair in the bed and it was uncomfortable to sleep in. Furthermore, there was a cockroach climbing our curtains and the owner of the hotel just killed it like it was nothing! The cockroach could give health risk and be carrying diseases! There was also ants eating our food and the owners were hard to deal with and they always blamed us! I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE so please don’t be fooled by the FAKE pictures they show on their website.

You won’t get a better location for the money in Seville, but you do get what you pay for. We were lucky to get a bedroom with a window and en-suite. The bed was fairly comfy but do not expect hotel standards. The lodgings are run by (I assume) a husband and wife. Maria is absolutely charming, her husband a bit less so, and do make sure you learn a few Spanish phrases as neither of them speak English. We had fresh towels every day and it is literally in the centre of the old Jewish quarter. An unusual place but incredible value and perfect for a short break exploring the city by foot! Don’t be put off by other negative reviews, if you are polite to your hosts and not too fussed about luxuries this place is great!

Hotel was not like pictures
We had a crammed room with a window that went to the laundry room - so no fresh air and smell of damp washing all the time. We ended up leaving a night early to stay in a hotel as couldn’t sleep properly due to feeling claustrophobic!

Frustrating experience
First time I book a hotel and due to a mix on dates thy were not able to help me find a solution. So, I booked in another hostal and most of all I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff! In pension Javier no one could understand or speak English! And that, nowadays, is simply inaceptable

Diría que lo peor fue el ruido, al menos si estás situado en las habitaciones de los lados de la puerta principal. Las habitaciones son antiguas en general, pero pasable para un apuro. Eso sí, lo más moderno el aire acondicionado e iba fenomenal. Muy bien situado.

Esta muy bien situado, céntrico para visitar la catedral, giralda, etc. Es muy antiguo y le hace falta una buena reforma y modernización. No lo recomiendo para una estancia larga, pero sí para un par de días si es para hacer turismo y lo que necesitas es solo dormir ya que es barato y está en el centro.

Struttura vecchia e poco manutenuta. Pulizia delle camere da rivedere. Personale presente, anche troppo. La camera al piano terra per niente isolata né da rumori interni, trovandosi praticamente nella hall dell'hotel, né da quelli esterni. Il letto matrimoniale era nei fatti un letto a una pazza e mezzo. Unico aspetto veramente positivo la posizione centrale. Nel complesso deludente.

Diese kleinere Unterkunft hat einen familiären Charakter, die beiden Inhaber (ein älteres Ehepaar) haben uns sehr umsorgt und bei Fragen/Extrawünschen weitergeholfen. Die Pension ist ideal gelegen, dennoch ist es ruhig. Zimmer nicht so winzig wie bei anderen preisgünstigen Pensionen erlebt. Einrichtung mit Betten, Nacht- und Schreibtisch, Stuhl und Schrank, TV. Fenster & Klimaanlage. Reibungsloses W-Lan. Bad zentral gelegen.

Infelizmente nossa estadia na Pesión Javier não foi nada positiva. O quarto, apesar de limpo, tinha um cheiro fortíssimo de cigarro e mofo. Era muito difícil permanecer dentro do quarto por muito tempo. Além disso, o quarto é muito próximo da recepção, e os donos do hotel ficam ali com a própria família, vendo televisão e conversando muito alto até tarde da noite. Passei apenas duas noites no local, e nas duas tive que pedir que eles falassem mais baixo para que eu pudesse dormir. Na primeira noite já era mais de 23 horas. Único ponto positivo é a localização. Não gosto de fazer feebacks negativos, mas neste caso não vejo alternativa porque realmente não recomendo a hospedagem.

No merece la pena
Los colchones son para no pegar ojo en toda la noche. Espuma sobre una tabla. El baño compartido viejo y con piezas en la ducha que faltan. Vamos, yo no repito aquí ni de coña. Lo único la ubicación, en el centro, ya está. Pero merece mucho más la pena estar algo más lejos o pagar más ( aunque para lo que es esta pensión me parece MUY caro) y poder al menos descansar

En natt i Sevilla på genomresa
Vi behövde ett rum bara för en natt, var på genomresa. Perfekt läge på gångavstånd från stationen (vi kom med tåg) och nära centrum, gamla stadsdelar. Fick ett rum med fyra sängplatser och eget badrum (vi var 2 pax) som var helt OK för det priset. Vi tog en morgonpromenad 6.30 och smög ut genom den låsta ytterdörren. Kom tillbaka strax efter 8 och ytterdörren var fortfarande låst och receptionen var mörk. Blev insläppta tack vare en ringklocka. Kanske lite sena morgonvanor för en reception.

Das Zimmer ist nur ein Loch ohne Fenster. Wir hatten ein Brötchen eingepackt in 2 Tüten,trotzdem sind die Ameisen gekommen. Würde ich niemanden zumuten da zu buchen.
