Sweet spot right next to the Alcazar and much of historical Sevilla. Not fancy but very clean and well equipped. Very walkable to great eating and nightlife. Also easy to catch an Uber or taxi to get further out. Lovely rooftop terrace with great views and fun to watch the horse drawn carriages come by. I will definitely return.

Disappointed
I was disappointed with the room which did not have any outside windows. In the YK this is called a cupboard. Nice roof terrace 3 floors up and free coffee during reception hours 9 am to 10 pm. At the price of nearly 160 euros a night I expected better

Great location
*Location*: heart of the action, very close to La Giralda, Los Alcázares etc. *Staff/service*: fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. *Comfort*: the bed was awesome. *Room*: very clean. I found it a bit too minimalist - polished concrete floors, concrete ceiling, everything painted white. Some will like, but not my taste. Basic TV channels, no minibar (a fridge, yes). No in-room tea/coffee facility. *Issues*: noise. Noise of water running through pipework from room above at all hours. Once heard, really disturbed sleep each night. Noise from work on building opposite (to be fair, not a lot this hotel can do about this) *Overall*: a really nice hotel with great staff and in a great location.

We are still awaiting a full refund, for two nights that we cancelled in good time. We rang the hotel twice and they passed the buck to Hotels.Com, who have also proved to be totally unprofessional. This hotel charged our account Euros 110 for two cancelled nights! I am getting absolutely nowhere with this hotel, as they keep making excuses as to why I cannot have a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Less than two minutes walk from the Cathedral, the Alcazar and the nearest tram stop so location wise is great! I really like the style of the rooms and the owner/manager was very friendly and had communicated by email with me before we arrived. Make sure you check your email the day you arrive as she will probably email you instructions for entry nn

Perfect location, highly recommend this hotel
Great place to stay, amazing location - you can be in your room and hear the peacocks from the Alcazar garden. I had a room facing the street, it was great. I would definitely stay here again. The sign on the hotel door was different from the name on hotels.com

Lovely place in great location very close to the cathedral and city center. Parking is a bit of a challenge as cars can’t get to the hotel. But a public parking garage is only a 5-10 min walk away. Just would be good to know before attempting to drive directly to the hotel. Otherwise excellent all around, including very nice breakfast.

Très bon accueil. La chambre double était simple et la literie très bonne ! L’emplacement de l’hôtel est son atout principal nous avons tout fait à pied. Nous sommes en bas du Réal Alcazar et de la Cathédrale. Vous avez du café et du thé gratuit pendant les horaires de la réception. Nous avons trouvé de quoi se restaurer pour le petit déjeuner dans l’artère principale. La chambre est calme à cette période ( février ) toutefois le hall fait écho le matin on entends les arrivées et départs. Par contre pas de bruit de l’extérieur c’était top. Eau chaude et télé que demander de plus ! C’était parfait

Otra maravilla entre las maravillas de Sevilla.
El apartamento me ha parecido incluso más bonito de lo que parecía en la web. El servicio de café que tienen a disposición del cliente me parece un detalle precioso y muy de agradecer. Y qué decir de la localización… ¡Estás en pleno centro! El trato del personal, ha sido inmejorable.

Erg dichtbij de binnenstad. Prachtige locatie en prachtig gebouw. Eigen vervoer niet nodig (parkeren is in de stad niet makkelijk). Aanbeveling voor ieder die naar Sevilla komt. Ga er volgende keer weer heen. Ontbijt/ lunch bijna naast de deur waar veel inwoners van Sevilla komen. Dikke 10.

Hôtel tres bien situé.
Tout était très bien. Mais la chambre était très sombre. Pas de fenêtre sur l'extérieur. Juste un puit de lumière qui provenait du hall d'accueil. Sinon tout etait bien. Bien situé. Juste derrière la cathédrale.

La ubicación no lo es todo
La ubicación es excepcional. Quizás el estado del hotel en general se pueda considerar aceptable, pero la habitación individual en la que estuve alojado es un auténtico cuchitril; era excesivamente pequeña, en un semisótano, al abrir la puerta te encontrabas con dos escalones de bajada que no se veían y de los que no tenía aviso y era muy fácil tener una caída. La limpieza brillaba por su ausencia (añado foto) e insisto en que en la zona del baño había mal olor. Repito que quizás si hubiese estado en otra habitación mi comentario hubiese sido diferente, pero lo que me dieron, más que habitación era un trastero. Tampoco dice mucho a favor de este hotel la respuesta de la recepción tras mi primer comentario, limitándose básicamente a decir que esperaba por ese precio en la zona en que estaba ubicado.
