Pleasant stay

Pros: Quiet and very clean .
Cons: Breakfast could have had more variety , still the food was good.
Location: Amish country nearby .
Our room was very clean and quiet. Staff was helpful in giving us information and directions about the area. Breakfast was good . Would definitely stay there again ! Hotel looks new . Good location .

Location: The location was perfect for us easy off and easy on the interstate.
We had a great room. All was great until the morning when I took a shower and there was hair on the shower wall. The hair didn't belong to me or my husband. This wa surprising since everything else was as clean as could be. The breakfast was great. The staff was friendly. Over all it was a great experience.

ROOM GUARANTEE IGNORED, THEY HAD THEIR MONEY......

As my 49 yr. old daughter had recently experienced some serious medical problems, I thought I would surprise she and her husband with a King, non-smoking suite so that they could travel to the Wooster area to observe their daughter at the college for a track meet she was taking part in. They were given a standard room with 2 queen beds even after it was called to their attention that they were to have a suite. Upon talking to the motel twice, the manager would only pass messages through an employee instead of trying to handle the situation. Mgr. solved the problem by reimbursing $20.00 which was relayed through an employee (who was very nice). In defense of the employees.....they were very nice and the room was very clean and continental breakfast very satisfactory.

Confused about hotels.com service

Staff was really confused about how to handle hotels.com reservation process, having to call service and manager to work things out, which took a bit of extra time on both checkin and checkout. Room was okay, but a little dingy.
