"The radiator in the room didn't work. I went to see the staff, and the boiler wasn't switched on, which is very strange for January !!. The boiler was on but the radiator didn't work on either day of my visit. 2 heaters were provided, but the person in charge wasn't aware of the issue with the boiler/radiator, which was poor in my view."

"Lovely hotel. Old fashioned feel and really nice decor. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was lovely. Only reframe is not spending more time in it to enjoy it. The area is very picturesque so if you’re visiting definitely check this out as it has a really lovely classy feel. "

"Marvellous large room with a similarly large lounge, with 2 sofas and a large TV, plus a decent bathroom. Was slightly noisy early in the evening but that stopped around 11. Very friendly staff who were very keen to help. Just a shame I couldn’t have stayed their for longer!"

"Staff were amazing rang before I even got there to update me and confirm where I could park. The rooms have all been done out and look just how they do online. Right on the sea front lots of places to eat and drink. The staff will let you know where’s best. Would definitely stay again. "
