“Great place to stay in Sedona.”
Really nice facility, room was exceptional. Best bed we slept in on this vacation to AZ. I'd definitely stay there if going to Sedona again.
“Excellent value in Sedona”
We stayed here with our 6 year old and 4 month old for one night in a fully equipped studio. Since it rained most of the day, we were stuck indoors and we were quite comfortable and cozy. The room was very clean with nice linens, comfortable chairs & couch, excellent kitchen & nice patio. The DVD player and iPod docking station were an added bonus. The grounds surrounding the hotel were beautiful & well maintained. This is a "time share" property and we were invited to an open house but there was absolutey no pressure to attend. We would definitely stay again.
“Great Experience!”
The Resort was fantastic, beautiful scenery and views. Our room: terrific! The price, just right! We had the most relaxing vacation and enjoyed the Ridge on Sedona Golf Resort immensely. Quiet, comfortable, exercise and pool facilities, full kitchen, washer/dryer, near everything! We definitely want to return and stay at this Resort. The one thing we WOULD NOT DO is attend the Diamond Club Resort presentation for the time share. The salespersons were friendly, it is low pressure, but unless you are considering time share don't waste the time. It has some benefits but it takes about 3 hours! Enjoy the Resort, don't sign up for the presentation, and have fun!
“would stay here again”
Very friendly staff, room was quiet and clean.Did not pressure to much for the timeshare agenda..
“Our 2nd Time, will Go back Again!”
This is a time Share property. Depending on your length of stay, there is limited or no daily maid service. If this is something you want then do not stay here. I prefer it this way. As long as you can be firm with the concierge: if you are not interested in taking a tour, then just stay firm. Do not expect them to help you with anything though, if you are firm and say no to the property tour. The property has a great location in Oak Creek, I love the drive back to Sedona and the surrounding area. Rooms are clean. Nice to have a fridge, makes it easy to go to the store and have sandwiches in the room. Views from the room are nice, I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony at night. Great place to stay, provided you agree with the above information.
“WILL RETURN”
WAS OUTSTANDING FOR A ONE NIGHT STAY. ROOMS ARE NICELY APPOINTED. SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING. STAFF WAS FREINDLY. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.
“Decent place, but may not be for everyone”
I stayed here as it was close to my friend's house. Can't really call this a hotel as it's a timeshare facility, but they rent some rooms it appears. I was NOT hit with a sales pitch, but I also avoided anyone in the lobby after I got my room key. They didn't bother me at all (which was fine by me). I stayed in a studio unit. It was very clean, but a little worn. Bed was comfy and it had a cute patio. Kitchen has a fridge, sink, micro, & coffeemaker. Bathroom was very big, but the lighting was poor...it had a flickering fluorescent fixture above the sink that gave me a headache just being near it. A/C unit worked just fine and didn't seem any louder than most. The walls aren't thin, but the connecting door to the adjacent unit most definitely is. I could hear my neighbors clear as a bell thru it (luckily for me they were pretty tame)... The grounds are very nice here, so that can sort of make up for any shortcomings in the room. I felt I paid a fair price for what I got in return though. This is not a 4 or 5 star resort, but for a clean place to stay that is a bit upscale, it fits the bill...
“Exceptional Resort”
We have stayed here every year. Very impressive for a 2+ resort that should really be a 4 star. The condo's are very comfortable and have everything you could possibly want. Updated studio's have full-size refrigerators, micro, electric stove top, dishwasher and small kitchen appliances. One bedroom condo's even have a washer/dryer. Outside entrances and private patios/balconies too. Very friendly staff. It is a time-share, but if you treat them with respect they will in turn treat you with respect if you turn down their offer for a property tour. Very quite and perfect for couples and families. It is also self-catering. Would not go anywhere else for the price.
“Hope to return”
The hotel personnel and surroundings were wonderful. The only complaints are 1) ice machines were broken in more than one location and it was hard to get ice w/o walking excessive distances; 2) swimming pool was full of debris;3) children tended to take over hot tubs
“Tom thinks”
great location, views of the red rocks, loved breakfast at the clubhouse
