The place was absolutely great!!My only concern was managing the pool and having to communicate tchange anything, even to turn the lights on and off. I understand why and we will be back!!

#### Amazing Property for Our Group! Plenty of Space and Responsive Hosts!

Amazing property for our group…spacious, private, plenty of room for everyone to enjoy and relax. Loved that all of us could gather together comfortably in the kitchen, and the outdoor spaces were such a bonus. Very responsive hosts throughout our entire stay. Highly recommend!

Truly magical. The home itself is beautiful, peaceful, and had such a special energy to it. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully put together. #### Perfect Family Getaway with Excellent Amenities. Very Responsive Host!

This property was beautiful. Very spacious house with considerate thought to amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and cooking wares to cook great meals throughout the week. mighty properties was always responsive with requests and questions. The pool area was great to relax with the family and the view of coffee pot mountain was spectacular. Very comfortable home for a large family to enjoy.

Twelve of us stayed at this property & while the location and responsiveness of the property mgmt were excellent, we experienced far too many issues for a home at this price point. Great location, 5 minutes from Whole Foods, made it convenient to shop and cook at home. However, upon arrival, the kitchen counters were dirty, and the electric tea kettle was disgusting and unusable & had to be replaced. Didn't have clean sponge to wash dishes. These items should have been addressed before check-in. Throughout our stay, we had to call/text mgmt each time we needed basic amenities turned on, including the walkway lights, outdoor fireplace, indoor fireplace, jacuzzi, and jacuzzi lights (which never worked). I’ve never stayed in a property where guests cannot operate these features without assistance.We also had no hot water in the main house. After a long day outdoors, only one person got a warm shower before the water turned cold. On the 3rd day, a plumber came by & confirmed the main water heater was broken. The grill & fireplace also required repairs during our stay.If you plan to cook, bring extra supplies—the kitchen had basic items but very minimal pots, pans, and paper towels. The dining chairs were also wobbly & worn.Overall, while the management team was responsive, the home needs significant maintenance and better preparation between guests. Several amenities never worked, and the constant troubleshooting made the stay less enjoyable than expected.
