Sleeping with the Space Needle

Posted 28-Jan-2015
Pros: Location. Friendly staff. Very clean, comfortable and quiet.
Cons: Parking rate is rather steep but it seems to be for this area.
Location: GREAT location. Close to Pike Market and other downtown attractions. Close to restaurants. Very short walk to Icon Grill and Top Pot doughnuts.
A treasure in the downtown area. Had a comfortable, quiet, relaxing stay in a room with a great view of the Space Needle. Looks good at night. Pool was nice a bit small though. The hot tub was broken at the time but a staffer was fixing it when I was there. Would come stay here again for sure.

Under Construction

Posted 12-Jan-2015
Pros: Situated nicely in Belltown.
Cons: Needs updating.
Location: Restaurants very nice nearby.
Drawn to hotel due to price and ability to cancel without penalty. Close to some very nice restaurants on 4th just around the corner from the main entrance. Entrance way a bit of a shambles due to construction. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Best Value in Downtown Seattle

Posted 07-Jan-2015
Pros: The quality of the rooms are a step up from mid-class hotels.
Cons: A tad disappointed in the restaurant food.
Location: Many of the Tom Douglas restaurants are just a block away so you won't starve. Westlake Center is 10 minutes walking slow.
I've been coming to the Warwick for years and find it's location and amenities perfect for weekend stays. The rooms are comfortable and you have many options for meals all within walking distance.

Very easy to find, great price, accesable parking. It was a short walk to The Paramount to see Primus. Comfy beds and nice bathroom but no microwave. Pretty much in the center of everyting you would want to do in Seattle.

I just wasn't that impressed for price of the room. And no elevators for the parking garage..? Who wants to carry they're luggage up stairs

The bed was not comfortable and no microwave, a little surprising since we were in a nice place.

Good location, room fine

3rd floor room too close to street for good sleep. Construction going on inside lobby. Couldn't find a plug for phone next to bed (had some European sockets for some reason). Otherwise clean room.
