close to everything downtown by walk. staff A+

Posted 30-Jul-2015
Pros: close walking distance to many places, tons nice eateries all around, quiet, and super friendly helpful staff, and clean. everything I wanted.
Location: walking distance to most sites and spots downtown. close enough if you like to walk and sight see, but not too close if you like peace & quiet.
Very pleased, no regrets, worth paying a little more to get all that I wanted from a nice boutique style hotel.

Good Time in Seattle

Posted 24-Jul-2015
Pros: The location was great. The staff was very very helpful.
Cons: The bathrooms needed some finishing touches, i.e. cover for the sprinkler head in the bathroom and a fresh paint job.
Location: Easy access to bus line. Pike's Place Market and Pier 69 for us to catch the Clipper Ferry.
Great time in Seattle. The Warwick was a good spot to go and come from.

Beautiful room with a great view.

Posted 18-Jul-2015
Pros: The view was my absolutely my favorite feature of the room.
Location: Pike Place Market is in walking distance of the hotel as well as the aquarium. You also have the Woodland Park Zoo that is a short driving distance.
Hotel room was clean the marbel in the bathroom was beautiful. The room also had an amazing view of the space needle.

Hotel failed to notify us of construction directly across the street. While overlooking that, the hotel was still a bit overpriced in my opinion.

Reality vs Perception

Posted 12-Jul-2015
Pros: Good location
Location: Pikes Place market right nearby.
The pictures and the experience didn't match up. Lobby was incredibly crowded upon arrival. The room had a musty smell when walking in. It was a clean room with a clean bed but not a place I would want to spend time.

Excellent Location For 4th of July Family Trip

Posted 11-Jul-2015
Pros: Convinient location, staff, updated interior and rooms.
Cons: The pool area really does feel a bit too much like a basement (which I know, it is in the basement). Lighting could be improved, some all treatments.
Location: Nearly everything you'd want to do in Seattle is fairly close. Even if it's not, I've walked from the stadiums to the Space Needle and back, no prob.
Stayed here over the 4th of July weekend. Loved the location, it's convenient (within a mile or less) walk to everywhere you'd want to go in Seattle. We were able to visit the aquarium, waterfront, market, Cheesecake Factory, Space Needle and South Lake Union Park for the fireworks and wooden boat show. All by walking with our 1 and 3 year old sons (with stroller). The interior of the hotel is nicely done. The staff were excellent, including the valet who took great care of us as we came and went over the 3 days, 2 nights there. The view from the lower floors is non-existent, at least on the north side, but that's fine, a short walk outside and you can see anything you want. The grocery store right across the street was a great convenience, as well as the mini-fridge in the room. Cleanliness: the room was overall very clean, sans the small amount of pee on the back toilet ledge. The pool was comfortable, but the setting was lackluster as it was in the basement. Other than that, fantastic building, we were quite pleased.

Warwick Seattle, is right downtown and easy to walk to most attractions. The bus lines, and Metro are only a couple blocks away from the hotel.

Additional $35 fee for parking rude staff

Posted 06-Jul-2015
Surprised to spend an additional $70 on parking for our two night stay. They should list it as Juliet balconies, you can only stand not enough room for a chair. They put me in a room on the other side of the elevator... I DID NOT SLEEP....they did give us all free breakfast for that but when I went to check out I was charged for one breakfast still. the staff didn't seem to care that I was having an unpleasant time. Pool was nice however.

Great hotel in downtown Seattle

Posted 06-Jul-2015
Pros: The spacious suite, fantastic location.
Cons: As I said, lobby "curb appeal" doesn't reflect the quality of the rooms. Needs some lighting improvement, decoration, sprucing up.
Location: Great location near Pike Place market, other attractions.
Booked the Warwick Hotel on Expedia for a three night stay in Seattle and was very pleased with the property, convenient location, and value. Check-in was a breeze and the room was fantastic--large, airy suite on the 19th floor, tastefully updated and well appointed. Hotel staff was responsive and knowledgeable. When we had a problem with a faucet in the shower/jacuzzi, a housekeeping staffer was quick to make it right. Some cosmetic spit and polish could help with the initial impression, i.e. elevator interiors are a bit worn, doors scratched, lobby lighting and decoration are a bit too utilitarian, but don't let that get in the way of giving the Warwick a spin. Our room was very stylish, comfortable and a great value. Having stayed at a few other places in Seattle, the Warwick has earned a place at the top of my list.
