Great downtown location - convenient to walk to stores and restaurants. Close to Pike's Market and the piers. Nice hotel staff.

No Worries

Posted 12-Apr-2015
Pros: Right in the middle of downtown, reasonable rates.
Cons: Not much. I thinking they are doing all they can.
Location: Central to everything. Easy walk to most attractions, neighborhoods, and restaurants. Never needed a cab. And only 3 blocks to SeaTac light rail.
They took good care of us, and the facility is clean, solid, meeting all expectations.

Mystery hairs in our bed

Posted 09-Apr-2015
To start I have never written a review. However, I feel I need to share our experience. When we got ready for bed my 4 year old son said, "Dad what are those mystery hairs in our bed?". To my surprise there was other people's hairs inside the bed on the pillows and even on the outside of the comforter. Obviously the cleaning stuff doesn't change the sheets which was absolutely gross. The drinking glasses had finger prints on them and our sink was plugged with hair also. Thankfully when I called the front desk the gal moved us to a nicer room. Once we got to our nicer room things were fine till the last night when our neighbor began smoking. The smoke filled out bathroom and then our room. The pictures on the web are deceiving of this hotel and I wont recommend friends or family to stay there. I hope if you read this you heed my warning also.

Sauberes, modernes Hotel in guter Lage

Posted 30-Mar-2015
Pros: Lage!!!

great location!

Posted 03-Mar-2015
Pros: Location
Cons: Accomating reservation requests accurately. Too much money to not be comfortable.
Location: Seattle Center, Pike Market, all central downtown activities are close
Great location and view. Was disappointed that I reserved a room with two queen beds for my daughter and I and received a king bed and fold out couch. My daughter was uncomfortable on the fold out couch.

Nice Downtown location - decent hotel

Posted 26-Feb-2015
Pros: Location
Cons: Staff
Location: Great small grocery store next door.
The hotel has a good location, easy garage ($35/night), decent dining - good service. Room was small, clean, balcony laughable, slider opens to a rail at the door with a block wall. The person in the room next door was smoking and the smell poured into our room. We called the front desk, which said they would look into moving us but had a large group to check in. After waiting 20 minutes, I talked to the person next door and they said they would stop smoking their weed for the night. I called the front desk back and informed them of the situation and they did said great; but had no concern that a guest was smoking in a non-smoking room? Later that night the guy next door must have fired up another bowl as the smoke poured back into are room. We could see daylight between the door and the door frame.

Overpriced

Posted 25-Feb-2015
Everything was way over priced at this hotel. Pool was very small. Room was a bit outdated and was not worth the price. Renting a movie on the tv was outrageous. Not what I expected.

Nice hotel, but...

Posted 19-Feb-2015
Pros: The view. The location, right downtown. The proximity to the Space Needle.
Cons: Bathroom cleanliness.
We purposely picked this hotel for it's location and proximity to the Space Needle. We paid extra for an unobstructed view of the Space Needle. We were a little surprised to exit the elevator and look directly across to our room number. Such and expensive room that close to the elavator was disappointing. We heard it throughout the evening. The fridge was one of those pay as you go things that are terribly overpriced. We didn't want anything out of it, but we did want to use it for water and such that we brought with us. It was locked! I called the front desk to ask them if I could use it and they sent someone up with 2 keys! At first glance the bathroom seemed very nice, but looking closer it was a little dirty and most of the caulking was in dire need of repair. In general I would expect much better for the price. The view was spectacular! though!! :-)
