The hotel itself was clean our room was nice and comfortable the pool was great the staff was friendly and the free breakfast was simple but yummy. The property around the hotel was filled with homeless drug users. They didn’t cause us any harm but I watched my children very closely and they were not allowed to be anywhere alone. There were tons of cigarette butts everywhere from the homeless and occasional drug paraphernalia. It was obvious that some of the hotel guests were shady but again we never felt unsafe and just kept to ourselves. My vehicle was safe in the parking lot which is also very well lit. The pool was clean and we were the only people using it the entire stay which was really nice. The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly the whole time.

The pool, hot tub, sauna, & work out room are closed and there are drug addicts all around the property. The toilet had poop in it, the shower knob was broken , & the sink didn’t drain well. There was also garbage everywhere.

I had to leave due to unsafe conditions and how filthy it was. First, our door wouldn't lock. The first floor room had a window with a screen that had definitely been broken into. The floor had a piece that was sticking up and someone came and was trying to screw it vaxk. The towels were visibly dirty and a hole in the wall. The room smelt like smoke and pine. As a mom with three kids, I did not feel safe staying there.

There's nothing to like the breakfast room was so dirty coffee wasn't even an option druggies all out in the parking lot at 2am hallways smell like fentanyl

It would have been nice to know that the hotel was going through some remodeling before we booked. The floors were not clean and the pool area was a scary green. There were several homeless living near the hotel so there was a question of safety. Initially, we booked for 6 days but then extended a day and that is where things got confusing. On the last day, we were ousted from our room (all of our belongings were thrown into a giant plastic bag and placed in the office) and we were forced to book that last night. The front desk never contacted us before that night to correct this problem. In all my years of travel, I have never had that happen!
