I had a wonderful one week stay at reside downtown Seattle. I was there for work and the self catering facilities were ideal. The area is safe with great amenities like the h-mart downstairs, nearby cafes, public transport and Pike place market. The building is secure and the staff are lovely and friendly. Strongly recommend this property.

Have a nice kitchen and apartment like layout. Looks like a new conversion to resident hotel suites. One short block from Pikes Place market. On Pine St and a 14 minute walk to Westlake Center and the Westlake repid rail station. Just use the $3 per adult ride between this station and SeaTac airport main terminal parking garage. Can walk to Seattle Center and Space needle and walk to Seattle Convention Center. Good Asian H Market next door and Target two blocks away.

Half a block away from Pike Place Market! It’s a simple, clean, and complete unit. It’s like a tiny apartment and you have a grocery store downstairs for anything you might need.

The property was in the perfect location and walking distance to Pike Place Market. Lots of fun things to do around and lots of places to eat/drink. The room was really nice and cozy! It could’ve been perfect if it was a little bit cleaner. The floors were dirty, the fridge was dirty, the carpet was dirty. It just needed a really good deep cleaning. Found a dirty floss/toothpick under the bead. Sheets, pillows and towels were very cleaned. Restroom was also very clean, minus the floors. You can just tell and feel they hadn’t been swept or mopped. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

I was very disappointed with this property. I booked a 1 bedroom with washing machine.No washing machine but the manager helped me to wash my stuff in the building washing machine.My Bedroom tv did not work no one repaired it. Although the apartment was renovated 7 years ago everything is in a very bad condition.The toilet moves and shakes when sitting on it.The bath tap is shaking.The towel railing is about to fall off the wall. To get into your room you have to press the code 3 times front entrance, elevator,room door.The key pad is very old and small and unlit I had problems each time. There is no 24 hours reception,closed at night.So if you have trouble getting in no one can help you no number to call. Finally everything is so dirty.The elevator,the hallways and the accommodation very very dirty with grime. I was unable to get a receipt for my payment and no credit card receipt or accommodation receipt can be given to me by the small tiny reception. Unbelievable very unprofessional from top to bottom. In my 4 day stay no one came to clean the room or to replace towels or make the bed. The staff were all friendly and tried their best .
