Very cute little place. Our ac did not work in the room so they switched us to another and it also didn’t work. Good thing the window opened a little. Overall nice place close to everything

If you get there before 3:00 check in make sure you ask to be put in a queue so if a room is ready you can check in early. We put our name in at noon and finally after sitting in lobby and aiting asked a mgr about a room.after I overheard a desk clerk at 2:35 that she couldn't guarantee a room would be ready at 3 which was check in time. After i asked we got checked in a room they magically found. We got up to the room at 3:00. Not impressed with customer service.

Staff is super friendly and welcoming. The bar and restaurant have cool vibes and the rooms are great. The location is top notch if you’re looking to stay next to Pike Place Market.

Excellent hotel. It’s not cheap, but it’s worth the cost. Great staff. Clean modern rooms and unbeatable location. Pikes market a block away. We also walked to T mobile for a mariners game
