“Basic 2 star hotel”
All we needed was a place to sleep near our conference and the lack of pool or breakfast didn't bother us. We'll probably stay there again.
“Might try another”
The hotel was fine for 1-night. It's definitely outdated and the bedding is pretty bad (cheap and well used). The heater in the room worked too well. I woke up in a Sauna. There was also a loud industrial noise next door at around 4:30 am. I will not return to this hotel.
“would stay there again”
staff were very helpful!
“Amazing Home away Home Service..”
Awesome service. Awesome offers. Spacious and clean room.Feel like home.
“Good place for no frills stay”
We were transitioning between 2 cities & we found the stay to be as good as we expected it to be
“Stay Away”
We spent 3 nights in this hotel. While it has a convenient location and the surroundings are generally quiet and peaceful, the overall stay was unpleasant. We reported the A/C unit was malfunctioning and the staff told us they could't do anything about it since they were booked full. We weren't offered another room. We asked for more pillows and were told they didn't have any more. The bedding and linens were old, tired and had holes in them. The pillows were awful but the bed was by far the worst ever! It was as hard as the floor and made incredible noise (creaking, scrunching, grinding sounds) at the slightest movement. We are active people and woke up each morning with back and hip aches due to the mattress. The room we had was a non-smoking room. It was next to a smoking allowed room and right outside our door was a huge ashtray that wafted the smoky smell as we came and went from the room. There was also a faint smoky smell in the room. Our best advice is to stay elsewhere. There are several other name brand hotels in this area and you would be wise to choose any of them instead of this location. Traveller beware.
“Look forward to our next stay”
We enjoyed our stay. Our only two complaints would be no remote control and we had a smoking room but no ashtrays. Other than that...we loved it! (:
“Quiet room amid city bustle”
This is a terrific hotel — clean, quiet, pretty and inexpensive. Surrounded by trees, the hotel feels isolated amid all the city bustle. It's perfect for walkers, too, because it's located across the street from a densely-tree'd park and at the edge of the Microsoft campus, which offers miles of good sidewalks and manicured landscaping.
“A good experience and great value”
The room was as one would expect at a moderately-priced hotel, but the rate was well below other hotels in the area, and I found it excellent value. There is a little kitchenette, with a microwave, fridge, hotplate, coffee-maker, eating area, dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, dishcloths, and even some provisions (sugar, salt, cocoa, coffee). The place was very quiet and I felt comfortable and safe at all times. I'd like to single out the very nice young man who was front desk manager at night. He was helpful, informative, well-spoken and made a very good impression for the hotel.
“Perfect place to stay in Redmond / Bellevue”
I have stayed at this hotel every time I'm in Redmond/Bellevue area; you just can't beat the price at this quality level. The rooms are nice and you're close enough to everything (if you have a car), but it's way cheaper than staying anywhere else in town.
