"The property is accurately described and the apartment is furnished with everything that is needed for an extended stay. It is an easy walk down the hill to Ellmau from the apartment. The mountain views from the apartment are spectacular. The owner is very easy to communicate with and always responds in a timely fashion. Our stay was for three days and we hope to return again. Highly recommended!"

"For UK guests, having to take your own bedding and towels is a negative. Location is not a two-minute walk into town: ten minutes in, nearly twenty back as it’s all up! The bus from town finishes at 5pm. Kitchenette is facilitated - just. A dining table would be nicer than the fixed worktop, especially as there is room. The specification suggests there is a bedroom but it is a studio apt with a separate bathroom. Good sized balcony and large glass doors a definite bonus with a decent view."

"Perfect apartment for us ,11 Adults + 6 kids, individual bedrooms with attached bathroom and the huge kitchen as family room. The kids enjoyed the pool, the freedom to run around and we adults felt very welcome too. Johanna and her family were always within reach. We definitely would come back."

Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir buchen öfter Ferienwohnungen oder Ferienhäuser, so ein perfektes Haus hatten wir noch nie. Nochmals vielen Dank !"

"Die Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sehr sauber und schön gelegen. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung, Gastronomie ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich verbrachte mit meinem Sohn einige sehr schöne und auch erholsame Tage. Der Achensee in Österreich ist in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen, die österreichische Grenze nur ein Steinwurf entfernt."

"The property is quaint and lovely, well decorated and stocked with everything we needed for a two nights stay with our two dogs. A little expensive for two people, especially because the WiFi did not work and the management was unresponsive to our messages to address the problem. "We had a wonderful stay at Kaspar's place. The location is beautiful with views of the mountains and forest. The apartment is simple and comfortable with everything we needed including a lovely kids play area outside. The real highlight of our trip was the welcome we received from Kaspar and his family who were very hospitable and included us in family birthday celebrations. "Wir haben die Ferienwohnung für eine Fanilienfeier gebucht mit insgesamt 19 Personen. Jedes Zimmer hatte sein eigenes Bad, was für eine große Gruppe perfekt war. Jeder hat seine Rückzugsmöglichkeit und es gibt kein Stau im Bad. Die Küche war allerdings nicht komplett für so viele Personen ausgestattet. Kochen für 19 Personen ist schwer, aber machbar.
