The hotel staff was excellent and very responsive. Breakfast was excellent. I'm not sure why Expedia had me booked to a handicap room.

This is our go to spot when in town. Some of the amenities and room fixtures need some updating but overall a great experience.

Very clean hotel and friendly staff. In downtown area so you can expect to hear sirens during the night but not too disturbing.

Had tickets to a show at Proctors and stayed here for proximity to Proctors. Great place to stay. Great room and great breakfast. Will stay here again when we go to Proctors again.

Nice night in Schenectady NY
Great property in downtown, close to restaurants and theater. Nice hospitality at front desk and breakfast. Quality of breakfast was excellent! Hotel and theater (Proctors) were birthday gift to my wife - you made me look good!

A stone throw away from Proctors and an amazing little pub ( Backstage Pub) Had a great stay here and it was so affordable.

Great staff! Well lit parking lot. Our room had clothes stuffed in and behind the drawers . Very dusty around lamp shades , under ac unit(French fries and crumbs)

There was hair all over the shower and floor. It obviously was not cleaned. The ac was not working. The room smelled like must and mold. Each time I stay there is always something bad. I would never reccomend

The room was quiet and clean. The beds were hard, bouncy, and uncomfortable. Whatever happened to the comfy beds Hampton Inns used to have? There were some people wandering the lobby with pajamas and no shoes who seemed to be treating the lobby more like their private residence than a hotel. There was a sign on the door to the pool area stating that the "spa" was closed. The breakfast provided eggs, pancakes, bacon, cereal, juice, coffee, tea, etc. The location is within walking distance to several restaurants, small stores, and a CVS pharmacy. Proctors theater is 2 doors away. The casino is just a bit farther down the street, less than10 minutes away by car.

This hotel should not be part of Hilton family!! It’s in an unsafe area and the condition of the hotel is awful. We had a two queen room , when I sat on the corner of one of the beds,the entire thing flew up 2 feet in the air. Also, our room smelled of vomit. Will make me very Leary of staying at a Hampton Inn ever again. As a data point…..last year we had over 30 hotel stays.
