The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the cleanness was not the best. The beds smelled like dust, and the sofa cama was terrible in an awful condition. We needed to ask for several sheets to be able to sleep, and it was terrible uncomfortable

Staff went above and beyond to make our experience as enjoyable as possible. They were all exceptionally accommodating. We encountered many delays with airport during this impromptu stay, they were so kind in helping us navigate. Every staff member that we encountered were pleasant and helpful !

Bathroom looked and felt dirty, one of the beds had some sort of stain, luckily we had another bed to use. The beds claim to be a queen, but there is not way that was a queen, at best a double. However, the biggest problem was the air condition. The halls walking to the room had us sweating and once in the room, the thermostat showed 75 degrees!! We cut on the AC and left for a few hours, came back the AC turned off and back to 75 on the thermosdat. I called the front desk and they said it is "motion sensored" and will turn on when there is movement in the room. Every 30 minutes we were up and down cutting the air back on again. The termosdat wouldnt even go below 66 to cool the room quickly. Of course there is no movement while we are sleeping so the AC was cut off all night and we kept having to get up and turn it on. Absolutley ridiculous! If you listen to any review, listen to this one and DO NOT stay here!!

The room was very spacious and clean. We had plenty of room. The staff were very friendly and helpful! The only downsides was that our air conditioner was very loud, abnormally loud to where we could not sleep. Also the walls are a little thin.

After having our flight cancelled and waiting to get our luggage returned for over an hour, it was nice to have staff that were helpful and accommodating. It was a clean and quiet place to rest until our flight the next day!

I have been coming to the same hotel for years as a pass-through from state to state unfortunately, this time the quality has gone down my first room that I had smelled like mold, and had to change rooms and my second room had a spider on the pillow. The lady who, and you could tell that she was leaving in about to get off shift and didn’t even tell me where my room was. I would like to call out Christina for making things as best as she could.

From check in after midnight to check out, the staff were wonderful. They made sure we had everything we needed and were super friendly. Top it off the shuttle driver was also amazing.

As we arrived, we ran into issues with our rooms cleanliness. However upon speaking with the hotel staff the issue was immediately resolved. The staff was extremely kind and apologetic. This is what anyone wants when traveling.

Mixed Review
We needed to change rooms as the bathtub in the first room was dangerously slippery. Sherry, the Housekeeping Manager apologized and said a new room would be available to us in the evening. When we came in the evening we got attitude from the young woman at the check-in deak who tild us she knew nothing about it. We finally got our new room where the sink was very slow. Will not stay there again.

My sister and I had a great trip. The hotel was really nice. The only thing I would change are the cookies. I wish they had a better variety for people that don’t eat nuts.

At check in the lady at the desk was really unfriendly and not welcoming. Then I went to the room and there was a do not disturb on the door. So I went back to front desk. She was even ruder this time. She was AWFUL.
