Poor customer service at day time. Hotel smelled like cigarette smoke. Bathroom sink clogged up, room was okay , sheets were stained and the breakfast was non existent- orange & apple juice was watered down, kitchen was dirty, only 3 slices of bread available in 8am , no food at all. Very disappointed and will NOT recommend.

Great overnight stop for us on our way to Florida. Loved that it is pet friendly as we travel with our two dogs. Love the flooring( no sticky carpets!). Loved the hotel staff who were super helpful.

Room not swept, toilet not cleaned, inside of washroom door covered in white spray-presumably toothpaste!! bottom of bathtub covered in dark footprints and no mat. ROACHES. Rude and unaccommodating staff. No water pressure for a shower. Sink leaking across bathroom floor. Wires hanging out of the ceiling where a smoke detector is supposed to be. No curtains only cheap roll blinds. You get what you pay for. Lesson learned. Never again.

We felt unsafe upon arrival because of the area. When we got into the room it did not look sanitary and the smoke alarm was beeping every 15 seconds. When I went back down to the front desk, I waited 10 minutes and rang the bell 4 times before someone came. We left and went to another hotel. When I contacted Expedia the next day to explain, they contacted the property to try and get a full or even partial refund which they refused. (We did not touch a thing in either room, no clean up required)

We arrived to find the fridge had been turned off, so a pool of water was in front of the fridge from the melted ice. We were only left with one towel between two people, and had to go ask for more to clean up the mess. Several light bulbs were burned out or missing in the room. We asked the host for light bulbs, and she gave us light bulbs but asked us to replace them. The bathroom kept filling up with the smell of cigarette smoke, which appeared to be coming in through the bathroom vent. The bathroom itself needed to be cleaned. People were hanging around the entrances smoking and drinking when we arrived. The vending machine didn't work. Skipped the contential breakfast and went for breakfast somewhere else. Given the rest of the experience, I can't imagine eating there would be safe. When we left, there was broken glass from a smashed beer bottle in front of the door.
